Flavor was ok, can't expect too much for tacos in Hawaii. The kalua pig was not kalua pig. No smokiness to it at all. It is basically carnitas. My recommendation is to change the menu name to carnitas or add some liquid smoke to your "kalua pig" to be able to call it that. We ordered 6 tacos from here for about $12-$14 each and they are big for the size. I wish they told us that before ordering 6 of them. All the tacos really liked flavor and were dry. The fish tacos also did not smell right and paired with the white sauce just made the smell and taste not very good. We had very limited options coming back from the canyon since everything closed early and everything just did not taste very good to us. The tacos are doused with lettuce and the white sauce which made them soggy and lack even more flavor. The waitress was not very nice and just mainly sat on her phone and would not attend to many people. They did not have any fresh salsa either. The menu was straight forward with lots of options and we selected the fish tacos, which turned out to be Ono on that day.
