I do love Baskin Robbins ice cream and have since childhood. They really do have the best orange sherbet, mint chocolate chip and Jamoca almond fudge in my opinion. I was dying {hand on forehead} for a banana split and far too lazy to leave the house to get one. Thank you Ubereats! And, thank you Baskin Robbins - that was freaking delicious! You can get whatever ice cream flavors you want. I almost went completely traditional with three scoops of vanilla but could not resist a scoop of their Reeses peanut butter cup for one...vanilla for the other two. Toppings?? Pineapple, strawberry and chocolate... a great banana and topped with chopped almonds and cherries. It was pretty perfect. They also had a free scoop with a $15 purchase so I 'just had to' grab a Reeses peanut butter cup parfait to go into the freezer for later along with my free scoop of Jamoca almond fudge. They have some great sundae suggestions and their adds are top notch. Came in and ordered a custom cake for my daughters birthday. The cake was to be a very simple 9' Pac-Man cake with blue monster ice cream, frosted all in yellow, with a black eye, and a slice cut out for Pac-man's mouth, very simple and with no other decorating. What we got as VERY far from what we requested. When I picked up the cake the same gal who took the order helped us as well as remembered us from when we came in and placed the order. The gal acknowledged the cake was nothing like we requested and prepaid for. The gal reached out to her manager and the only solution they provided was they could remake it and pick it up Monday but that's a no go because my daughters party is tomorrow, we could get a full refund and have no cake, or we could take the cake as is even though it is nothing like custom ordered. Sadly you put your trust in a company and they fail you completely and as the consumer you just have to be ok with them throwing their hands up and doing nothing to make it right. We wanted ice cream after dinner and decided to stop by Baskin Robbins since it was on our way. The shop wasn't busy when we walked in. We were not greeted upon walking in or even provided any service. We just walked up and ordered our ice cream. The girl helping us seems like she didn't want to be there. She just scooped our ice cream without even asking if we wanted in a cup or cone. She just assumed we wanted a cup. This use to be one of our go to Baskin Robbins for when we needed to order a birthday cake or summer treats for the kids. Will not return to this location again. Poor service. I'd rather make the drive to Sherwood and go to Handel's instead. Their service is way better. read more

With the sun out and heading over this way, recalled a gift card and headed in. As it was a holiday, we weren't sure if the store would be open but it was and we were greeted right away. One employee was helping us and very kind and patient as flavors were decided. Ordered 3 servings of ice cream and the employee was attentive for our to go order by asking about lids on the cup of ice cream and other details. Halfway through my order, I witnessed friends of the employees walk in the store and proceeded to help themselves to a couple scoops of ice cream behind the counter-using the same utensils the employees used to make my order. They didn't wash their hands and was talking the whole time they were scooping (unmasked) into the freezer full of open ice cream containers. Recently I've gone a couple times and they have been following CDC guidelines perfectly! Also all the young workers are very friendly! due to the pandemic you're unable to sample any of the flavors. One of the workers there was very helpful when it came to describing the flavors of certain ice cream's! Very much appreciated that as they have 31 flavors and sometimes it may be a little bit hard to decide on one or two(I mean you're more than welcome to get more than that but those are how many scoops I like to stick to.) I ordered a birthday cake for my little boy from this place because its the only place I knew of that could make a rainbow sherbert ice cream cake (his request) When talking with the girl on the phone I told her it had to feed 10 to 12 people and was very addiment about the size being fairly large. She assured me that the HALF SHEET CAKE would serve its purpose. She never said that their half sheet cake size was half the size of what you would get anywhere else. The next day I went to pick up the cake, and it was SO TINY. I said this isnt a half sheet cake size, and some blond kid who was in there visiting friends with a BR shirt in started yelling "oh my God" and making a huge ordeal because I questioned the cake. I told the girl that I told her I needed a big cake and why didnt she tell me. I told her I couldnt take this little cake back to the party its embarrassing amd not worth $32. She said " the cake I made, I now have to throw away- just so you know. Im throwing it away" She got major attitude. I then felt horrible and pictured what my little boys face would look like with no cake at all- so I said Ill take it. Just to give to me. At this point everyone of the employees in the place were very rude to me and made me feel horrible for complaining that I teared up in my car. I called to talk to the mangager and was given the phone number to the owner. I called the owner as requested, and he was nice. But he told me that the cake is big enough and is 10 inches. No Way was this 10 inches. I measured so you can see in the pics. He told me to go back and pick up 2 qts of ice cream on him to help feed everyone. I wasnt gonna leave the party again. He should have given me my money back for the rude employees and that I was unhappy. They could have offered another premade cake to go with mine. But they rather throw what I had away. I wont go back. Dont need teenagers being so rude and condescending to me. Also, dont want to play guessing games on cake sizes. PS: the quality of the cake was bad. I came here on a Thursday around 4 o'clock and it was practically empty besides me, my friend, and the workers. When I first walked in it smelled really good like I was inside a waffle cone. They have a decent amount of chairs and tables for when it gets busy. I ordered a waffle cone with 2 scoops of ice cream with one of the scoops being mint chocolate chip and the other scoop being chocolate. I was surprised with the total because it was more expensive than I thought it would be. I could've bought a big pint of ice cream from the store with the price I paid but besides that the ice cream was fairly good. The mint chocolate chip tasted very minty and it had the right amount of chocolate chunks in it to balance the mint out. The chocolate was also good but there wasn't anything special about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. On a weekday night, my classmates and I checked the time to see when they closed and noticed it said 10 so we hauled it to make sure we got there before they closed shop. We arrived at 9:40pm and found both doors into the store locked with 3 employees already cleaning up to leave apparently. When they saw us they looked up and just stared as we stood outside the door wondering why the doors were locked with 20 minutes left until closing. Awkwardly, they just stood and watched us from inside, making no move to indicate that they were choosing to close early or even apologize for that. We left and went down the street to DQ and McDonalds instead. We will never be coming back here to an establishment that doesn't respect it's customers, especially when we never know when they'll choose to close early. read more

I was disappointed with the clown cones, as I remember them being more ice cream than frosting, but not this time. The kids there always made sure the tubs had the ice cream evened out so no ice crystals formed, the current flavors front and center, inviting. Tonight the tubs were all messed up and dug into. Now, maybe before we got there they had a HUGE rush...but the chocolate looked like someone had dumped melted chocolate from another tub on top. Seriously, 2 of the flavors looked like there was soft serve on top. Add to that the fact that they are still displaying Halloween Oreo flavor...well, I suspect they haven't been selling much. My grandson turn 3 and we wanted a Transformer cake. I ordered the cake tops from Amazon and went in on Tuesday to order a cake ready by Thursday. Spoke with the cake maker showed her a picture and gave her the cake tops. When I picked up the cake I was so happy she made the cake perfect and went the extra mile.
