It's one of those mom and pop's restaurants that you would hate to see go because there's no comparing it to other restaurants. That's why I made sure to add tip too, it made them feel more rewarded and the service becomes more efficient. The food is savory with or without their special sauce which I like too. I had my mom pick me up the BBQ Chicken and Fried Rice meal since she was out that way. When I had it once before it was delicious, thus the reason I ordered it again. This time the chicken was dry(like it had sat out for a very long time) and the rice was hard and dry too. It was edible but not good. Both the platter and drink was enough for two people to eat and drink with. The flavors of the meat were on point. The macaroni salad I thought was a little creamy but it still tasted pretty darn good. And the rice is cook sticky but if you add a little soy sauce it loosens up. It actually took about 30 minutes for our food to come out. A lot of people call ahead and pick up, which is what I would recommend to do so you can avoid the wait. They have about 3-4 tables to sit at, and it's pretty casual. We got our food and I was surprised at how big the portion size was! It was like 2-3 meals worth of food for me. The stir fry was amazing!! I loved the smokiness of the chicken and added sriracha sauce for a kick. I definitely had leftovers for later.
