This review is way over due. This is how my coffee obsession started. Back in the day they were once located in Ka Makana right across CPK but now they are located in Ewa Beach by Geiger Park. It is a white van, under trees, so it's nice and cool. There's a lot of parking, sometimes a lot of other food trucks next to them. What I normally get is a affogato, which is coffee with ice cream! It is heaven! I never drank coffee before but this was my introduction to coffee and I was hooked. I normally get the mocha affogato which vanilla ice cream & chocolate with espresso. They have a lot of selections on drinks, milk options. The service is amazing, very friendly and really fast with their drinks considering sometimes they can get pretty busy. Today I had 2 people in front of me & 2 people behind me. 100/10 in my option for coffee! I always look forward to having an aloha brew coffee when I get the chance. read more

Best coffee drinks in the island, for real! Located on Kapolei Pkwy, this truck serves the best coffee drinks. My favorites are the afakasi and snickerdoodle drinks. The cinnamon crunch is good too. Prices are reasonable and the staff are all friendly. Ya'll need to try this place when you are in the area. You can also drive to this side of the island just to have their coffee and sit at the park to enjoy your drink. I'm not sure how early they are here but they are gone by 12pm. So plan accordingly but it's definitely worth the drive! read more

I've tried their Chocolate Haupia, Afakasi, Snickerdoodle. All of the flavors I've tried are delicious! They are pricey at almost $7 for the large size. They accept cash and card. I visited Aloha Brew at Geiger Park a few weeks ago. I was especially looking forward to visiting it since it is situated in my old hometown that I hadn't visited for several years. I was in the mood for something without caffeine and I love anything with ube so I ordered their purple drink. The drinks here are pretty good. Im glad its convenient to where i live and work. They have all kinds of flavors and options to choose from. One location is right across Costco in Waipio and the other is in Ewa. Its a white van looking vehicle parked on the side of the road. It is such a great pick up in the morning. The drinks are strong for me, but like it. I realize they should be light on the ice, so ask for light ice if u dont like to much ice. They have a keto drink too for those who are on the keto plan. My friends and I were on vacation and stayed in Kapolei, but would drive to Ewa Beach every morning to start our day off right with some coffee from here. It's just a truck by the park, so be careful not to miss it. We definitely tried every one of the drinks on the menu & they never miss!! Just got on the Island last night and queued up coffee places near me. This coffee truck popped up. I was so excited to give it a try. I ordered a hot latte with almond milk. The 24 oz drink was $6.81 before a tip. It was super strong. I didn't realize it had 4 shots of espresso in it. Anything other than 2% milk is considered a speciality drink. That's an extra $2 . I keep passing by this truck in Geiger and today I decided to give it a try since there were 4 of us, so that means we get to get 4 items off the menu and try each other's. Location: I went to the truck located at Geiger park. Lots of street parking near the truck Service: they are super nice. If it's your first time they'll recommend what drink to get. Drinks: small or large selections. The coffee itself is really good. I recommend trying them out. I was able to try their brown sugar latte, afasaki, caramel macchiato, and the purple drink. My favorite has to be the afasaki. I heard getting it with ice cream is even better. So I'm going to return and try that drink next. This place is a small wagon off the side of Fort Weaver Road. It's right across Ilimi Intermediate. I remember this little coffee place when it was at KMA(Ka Makana Alii) . I remember talking to the barista that they would be changing names. Next thing you know, they were gone. Fast forward a whole year. I happen to stop by North Road and noticed there wagon. So, I made a pit stop! Half a stamp card later, we've already visited 3-4 times since we rekindled our coffee love! Parking: There is very limited parking. Usually there are stalls open. We haven't had any trouble yet. Ambience: It's a Wagon/Stand. You order and you go! :) No tables, no wifi just a great cup of joe. It makes a great stop before errands and before any drives you need a picker upper. Coffee: What I LOVE about this place is the coffee is strong, unique and delish. They can customize if you need them to. Since a whole year has passed, the menu has doubled in size. Their affogattos went from good to WHOA! Got little ones? Not to worry they got something for them too! Non caffeinated items are available including ice cream and cereal treats. My faves: Any affogato. Seriously you can't go wrong with ice cream and coffee. Who needs milk when you got ice cream! Afakasi: brown sugary goodness mixed with their strong coffee. It is my hubby's fave. Coconut Haupia Latte: the coconut flavor is so good from this drink. Make sure you get this iced and with coconut milk. The coconut milk makes the drink! Gripes: Consistency is a problem. Most times it's ok. But there are times when the baristas don't make the drink the same as the owners. It tastes bleh. If you get the owners making your drink, you can taste the passion they put into creating it. Consistency is key here. Overall, coffee addicts will enjoy the one of a kind specialty drinks they have. The coffee is strong and bold. There are milk choices and a pretty good variety if menu items. I love it even more because it is a local business. Coffee with the Aloha spirit! Everyone at the Aloha Brew truck is so nice and friendly! They have been regularly coming to Mililani Tech Park on weekdays from 7a-2p. Check their Instagram for days they close. They usually post a notice the day before. My absolute favorite is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch affogato ($5.50 for a small). It's vanilla ice cream with espresso, plus cinnamon, milk and raw sugar. Let the ice cream melt a bit and it's heaven. It's a bit of an indulgence for me so I only have it in the afternoons. In the mornings, I'll get a brown sugar iced latte ($4 for a small). I also enjoy their mochas. They have a stamp card program. I think it's 7 largest to get a free large (2 Smalls equals a large too). I would say if there is a downfall it is the price of the larges. It's about $2 more from the small to the large. It's a great enough difference that I just stick to the small. Not like some of the chain coffee shops that you end up getting a bigger size because it doesn't seem like much more money. If you haven't been, stop by soon! They park outside of Spectrum and since you're just stopping by quickly, you can park on the street close to them. Lunch hour packs up with other trucks. read more

I came here everyday I was on Oahu if that tells you anything. I LOVED the coffee here. I went to Kona for coffee later in my trip and was wholly unimpressed every time. I was really confused by the fishing/tuna instagram, their hours, where to find them, but you'll just have to circle the park or look for a truck at Waipio Costco. They sometimes sell tuna that they caught the morning of in the same truck. They're open fairly early, can text them with your order and they'll have it ready in about 5-15min, depending on how busy it is. BEST LOCAL SERVED COFFEE! I bought my first drink for the first time last Friday and I've gone at least 6 times since!!! Their afakasi drink, which is white mocha with brown sugar, is AMAZING! And if you like your coffee strong, like I do, I recommend this place! I buy a large in the morning and it lasts me all day long! Sometimes I still have a little extra left! Which is very rare for me! According to the owner and a fellow regular, their afakasi has at least four shots of espresso! But you can ask for less shots if you don't want to be up all night. I was in the Ewa Beach area and decided to try it out, they were located by Geiger Park (park right up the road from Foodland). I asked the sweet lady (her name was Kiane, sorry if I spelt her name wrong) what the popular drink is and she told me "Afakasi". This drink is made up of White mocha and brown sugar and you can get it iced or hot. Sis sold me at White mocha! I got my "Afakasi" with White Mocha, two shots, no brown sugar sub Mocha Walls, they don't call it an "Afakasi" drink for nothing! I also got it as an Affogato style, so there was Vanilla gelato inside! So delicious! I recommend trying this place out, support your small businesses and give them a chance!
