Very cool concept of a brew truck near the Geiger Community Park. Super convenient and easy to park behind or in front of the truck. Prices are good and they have good selection. Only thing is that we ordered an iced latte and it was tasting super sweet like they added sugar but we didn't ask for any sugar. I don't like when businesses assume everyone like sugar. My absolutely favorite coffee on the island! My go to is the iced snickerdoodle. Delicious! My mouth is watering as I write this. Yes I'm addicted lol so it just gives me even more a reason to keep supporting this small local business as much as i can. They offer a stamp card that can fill up pretty fast if you're like me and everything is always delicious! I decided to try this instead of heading to Starbucks for my usual Starbucks iced Caffe Mocha. I ordered an iced espresso with mocha. I really didn't think anyone could mess it up!!!...I was wrong! My iced espresso mocha was awful. It tasted like bitter, burnt espresso with barely any mocha. It was so bad I threw it away and went to Starbucks instead. The girl that took my order and made my drink wasn't friendly either. She didn't greet me or smile at all. I'm really disappointed. My hubby and I finally got to try Aloha Brew Coffee this past Saturday, while our daughter was at a training in the area. We were so happy with our experience. The amazing couple that owns this wonderful company truly embodies the word Aloha in their name. Some of the sweetest, friendliest people you will ever meet. On another but equally important note, their coffee is so delicious. I had the famous affogato and it was delicious, just like I knew it would be. The hubby had the espresso and enjoyed it because it wasn't really sweet like everyone seems to make their drinks. We live in town but I would happily drive out to Waipio again for their drinks and to talk story with them again. This is a wonderful local company, please support your local businesses. read more

I got lost trying to find the different food truck locations as it was not clearly noted and yelp directions took me to a housing culdesac, but luckily, someone picked up when we called and redirected us to the right spot.. or one of them at least. And we came back 2 other times after that. The drinks here are really good - but depends on the barista how sweet the drinks are it seems. The first day we tried the regular Americano and Affakasi - I was told this was one of their most popular drinks and it was really good, but man... it started off super sweet! But midway, eventually it toned down into a nice blend of coffee and sweetness, likely because some ice had melted. The next time we went, we got the the Cinnamon Toast Crunch affogato which was delicious - great flavors and more like a nice snack than a drink and a little on the heavier side - and the brown sugar latte was just the right amount of sweetness for me. I was happy to find that they also offer a frequent drinks card, which was nice though a little confusing how you earn stamps (you can get a half or a full stamp depending on size, which we found out later). Seeing as this is near where I tend to surf and I like to support local businsses, I anticipate this card will be filled out soon :). read more
