I just got a 1 hour couple massage. I have to say the spa itself was very nice. Music was perfect and relaxing. However my massage therapist Amy was very aggressive. She did work out my knots like I asked her to. Which I was grateful for. But it was upsetting on how rush my massage felt although it's an hour long, you can tell and hear her footsteps as she massages me quickly. Especially when she used the hot towel to wipe me down she would aggressively wipe me and throw my legs or hands down. I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

After we left my husband realized that in the dark room he pulled out the wrong bill and accidentally tipped with a $100 bill. When we called to let them know that he did it & we'd be coming back for it they said he didn't. We know without a shadow of a doubt that he had a $100 bill in his wallet when we entered and when we left it was gone. Incredibly dishonest of these women to say they didn't have it. I asked for deep tissue massage said I wanted deep work on my arms, hips, hands and feet. What I got was an oil rub down, almost NO time on my neck and shoulders. A relaxing massage on my feet and Lower legs. Therapist did not understand any English. Paid $240 for me and my nephew to get worked on for 2 hours each. When I told person at the front desk that it was not what I asked for when I made the apt, nor what I asked for when we arrived. We had a set appt time and had to wait 30 min to get in. Therapist did not even greet us, I didn't not even know if the therapist was a man or a woman u til I turned over. It was not the worse Masaage I ever had but it was probably one of the most useless massages I've ever had. I will not be coming back to this place. Especially since they have a sign up front saying. Please let us know if you need more or less pressure, blah blah blah. Yet when I told them that the person up from just giggled and blew off my comments. So they obviously don't take that sign seriously. It you want a good oil smearing. This is the place to go to. The upside is that after they gave us an oil bath they wiped it off with a hot towel. That was the highlight to my massage. Yeah and no water or chocolate following our massage. Just lots of smiling and dismissing my comments about my treatment. The massage was painful and refreshing. The masseuse only said hi to me, didnt ask how much pressure I wanted nor asked about my problems areas. I have pain in my knee and calf so when he got to that section it was painful but I believe thai massages are painful but then u feel so much better afterwards and thats exactly what happened.
