Had something hit my windshield while I was driving on the road. I have never called anyone for assistance like this but was referred by a friend. I called Ashton and he was very friendly. He asked me what happened and what kind of car I had. He then gave me an estimate which was very affordable. 2011 Tacoma windshield was $260. Ashton came to my place of work to replace my windshield. He arrived early, it took him less than 40 minutes to complete everything, and he was super helpful and patient in answering all my annoying questions about how windshield replacements work and why the hell Hawaii law makes you replace your windshield even for small cracks. Also, when I first called and left a message with him, he got back to me within 15 minutes, and he also replied to my texts immediately when I had questions about payment. I was also happy to find out after he finished and gave me an invoice that the install comes with a lifetime warranty. Just as a reference, I was originally referred to Ace Auto Glass, who I'm told does a great job and has excellent customer service, but it wasn't feasible for me to drop my car off before work and pick it up later that day. They also quoted me $20 more than Ashton charged me. So if you are looking for convenience, a good price, and great service, I'd say you can't go wrong with Ashton! read more

Ashton just left after installing a new windshield. We had to schedule the work a day after I called, as he was too busy the day I called, but having him come to me made it worth the day wait. His rate was reasonable (lower than another quote, in fact), and he was done in about 25 min. He called to say he'd been held up in traffic, and would be 10 min. late, which was courteous, I thought, but in fact he started at 9:30 AM when he said he'd try to get here by 10 AM. It looks like he did a terrific job, the car interior is spotless. He also gave tips on speeding up the curing process and how to more quickly lose the smell of the curing glue. In short, I'd recommend him highly, and if I need new auto, I will definitely use him again (although I hope I don't have to...). read more
