January 2023 this guy came out to my home next day to do my windshield repair. We set a time and he was very quick at responding. I pulled my vehicle out of my garage but he wanted it in the driveway... almost to the road. Ughm that felt uncomfortable. I told him I can move it over but he said it's fine. So he's some what working on the road.. car is still in bounds but on road / driveway. Anyhow it gets done. I write a $320 check and it's been good. Warranty on installation. April 2023 driving on freeway... lucky me gets a crack from a rock smack dab in the middle. Trying to get in touch with this Dude to repair before gotta replace. Now his respond game is non existent. Would I recommend him? Maybe for a one time deal job. It's convenient for him to come to your hale. And the work does it's job. Why five stars for Ashton's replacement of my VW windshield? I'll break it down: Star #1: His quote was $30 cheaper than the next cheapest company I called. Star #2: He was at my house, as promised, within 3 hours of when I called him, ready to go. He does the work right in your driveway for no extra charge if you live near town. Star #3: He was friendly, courteous, very pleasant to deal with, and guaranteed his work. Star #4: He was finished in about 30 minutes. Star #5: My windshield crack originated right on top of a sticker that allows my wife to get on a military base for work. These stickers are a pain in the butt to replace, and Ashton was somehow able to remove it from the old windshield and re-adhere it to the new one, without me even asking him to. Today is the second time that my boyfriend and I used Aloha Mobile Auto Glass to replace a car window. Ashton, who is the owner and the technician is very polite and is professional. You can just give him a call for an estimate first, then I guess call around to see who has the best deals, but it's usually Ashton. Both times we called to make an appointment, he was open and was able to fix it the same day! The best part is that he comes to where you are! I mean, who wants to drive to a shop with a broken window anyways? I know I don't. So it's nice that he is a mobile service and you don't need to worry about shards of glass flying into your face. He also vacuums and cleans out all of the glass that's in your car :) He might need an outlet to use his vacuum, so prepare for that.It usually takes about 1/2 to 45mins for the whole thing to be done! Ashton does such a great job in such a minimal amount of time! We have a small sedan car and replaced our front passenger window for about $240.
