Hardest part was finding the location! They are tucked away off S Kihei rd behind what's on Apple Maps as "Kihei Marketplace" Turn into the lot and drive to the back. TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY. I wish I read the reviews before we booked with them. We rented a 24 hour slingshot. The guy set us up with one and gave us a heads up that the tracking was off but it would drive fine. It absolutely did NOT. It was an automatic and was not properly shifting gears, the engine was overheating in less than an hour into the rental period. We drove it back after getting massive car sickness from the rough ride. They said they would refund us the 24 hour rental and only charge us for the 0-2 time period and LIED. Rented a Slingshot at the Big Island location at our hotel (Hilton) Arrived the next morning 30 minutes before our 9am rental. Waited.....waited and no one showed up. Called the main number for Aloha Motorsports and no one answered. Finally found business cards for the person that operates that location and called him. Stated that he didn't know he had appointments that morning and was on his way. Waited another 20-30 minutes before he showed up. Myself and another customer were waiting the whole time. Guy was nice enough, but never once offered an extended rental time due to waiting, was told that I still had to return it at the same time even though I lost 40 minutes into my rental time waiting for him to even wake up. Also, note that helmets were offered so be prepared to have glasses or something because the wind/road debris will wreck you. Overall, wanted to love my experience renting. But too many annoyances to really rate it over 2 stars. Maybe they should have someone that is actually punctual and cares about the business run it. read more

first off! the customer service is Stellar. after a saftey check i was off in my Slingshot R..it rained and there was traffic so for a chunk of my adventure i was getting rained on and cussing alot cause of being stuck in traffic and getting rained on!..lol BUT it was part of the Experince so it was all good but soon the "traffic gods" released me and the rain subsided and i turned up the 90s country and had the best dayyyy the slingshot drove great ,super fun on the twisties .i sooo regret not bringing my GOPro but driving a fast stick shift on the coast of a tropical island was on my bucket list i think everybody should rent, drive mabey even own a slingshot when returned the slingshot returning was super easy. we chatted with the owner Kalen who drove a sick ass benz i wanted to get in and pushball the buttons it was soooo cool so YES i had a great experince with them..i will be back! read more

We had a five star experience at Aloha Motorsports. Granted, the getting out of the shop was sow, but what in Maui isn't? It's a slower paced world there, and that's part of the charm. The manager who helped us (Michael) was delightful. We got great scooters and spent the entire day going in and out of the ocean across the entire south pathway from Kihei to the end of Makena Road. The rates were very reasonable, and the day was just perfect. We had two novice riders, both had a superb time. So if you're thinking, "Should we rent a scooter while on Maui?" the answer is yes! And if you're thinking, "Where should we go to do this?" - go to Aloha Motorsports. Call a day or two in advance to reserve your equipment and then get there early so you can have an entire day of fun! (And start it off with the cinnamon buns which are five doors down!) read more

We rented two scooters and after renting they had us wait 30 mins for them to check them out and make sure they were good to go. The older guy doesn't have a clue what he's doing in there. Ugh We drove off on our mopeds and over to the beach we went. Later that evening we go to get on them to go out for dinner and the headlight is burned out. Guessing they didn't check that. We went back the next morning and told them and pretty much no response or even bothered to give us a discount. What was the point of renting it if we couldn't drive it the entire time we paid for it. I wouldn't rent from them again because poor customer service. Scam! The motorcycle was great but 2 days later they call me up and say I need to pay for scratches and missing paint they just found after power washed it. Accepted the bike when I turned it back over with no issues, check me out then calls me 2 days later for damages. Claims the paint was rubbed all the way off because of helmets. I have owned Harley's for years now and never has paint come off because of a helmet!! Absolutely insane. I don't know how a company can accept back a rental and then call you up 2 days later to make egregious claims about damages. Do not rent from here because they will try and screw you over! Disgusting. Will never recommend renting from them again. I have never had a rental company call you two days later to blame you for damages. read more

I came here for a one day scooter rental. It was the little 50cc moped and I had never risen one before so I have nothing to compare it to as far as the scooter goes but it was acceptable. Everything worked and rode it all day. Put 87 miles on it and it only took 0.9 gallons to fill up. Amazing. Was able to cruise 30mph on the flat no problem. Slow up the hills as to be expected. The guy working there was friendly and it was an easy rental process. 5% off for AAA. read more

The customer service here was very poor. I own a Harley and have rented Harley's all over the country including on the Big Island. The problem in my experience was the attitude of Mark and John. Both of these guys were arrogant and rude. Guys, how about just being respectful and polite and taking responsibility. I made a prepaid reservation over the phone with John at the Lahaina location specifically for a black 2017 Street Glide with 6,000 miles about 1 week prior to my arrival. John promised that it would be at the Kihei location and he would personally deliver it as needed before I arrived. When I arrived at the Kihei location Mark told me he didn't have the black Street Glide and that all they had was a blue Street Glide with 21,000 miles. The blue Street Glide was really beat up and not in good condition. Mark's attitude was arrogant and he said it was too bad that I didn't get what I was promised. When I called John, he said it was not his fault because the customer dropped it off at a different location. A simple apology and taking responsibility for not being able to do what is promised goes a long way for customers who are spending about $200 per day for a motorcycle. read more

I have to say Howard and Eric are the greatest. My first rental was for three mopeds for myself and my two sons. One of my sons had not ridden before and they took the time to cover the controls and had him ride around the parking lot until he was confident. My wife and I rented a street glide the next day and not knowing if she could swing over the back rest Howard actually was going to assist her. She rides with me everywhere and had no trouble getting on. They offer free helmets if you want them. There are two Harley dealers on the island but let me tell you they have nothing to offer you that Howard and Eric don't. Rates are no issue either read more

Rented motorcycles from this place today. For your own sake, rent elsewhere. They were disorganized to say the least. The bikes that were reserved were not available. We rode bikes that were not maintained. Two had clutches slipping. Two of the three riders having been riding Harley's for over 30 years. They did not take responsibility for there computer system being disorganized No full tank of gas on the bikes They were very dirty They guy behind the desk named Nick Hendon was so so rude. Dishonorable, horrible service. Talked to Manager night before about a rental, and then called the morning of rental to book rental. My daughter and I walked 1 mile to pick up the scooter coupe, only to arrive and watch Eric Strawn renting the only rental coupe out from under us. When I told him I was the one he confirmed rental to less than an hour before on the phone, he said "oh, their name is Sean too" pointing to the other 2 couples. He then said 'I'm sorry'. Nothing else. So My daughter and I had looked forward to this all night, then all that morning only to have it rented out from under us WHILE WE WERE STANDING THERE! Worst part, he asked for my phone number on Phone confirmation but didn't feel the need to verify this with the other renters, who 'were also named Sean' (I call BS) ! No offer of rental next day, no 'I'm sorry' pricing concession on something else. Overall, terrible business and really crappy customer service. All the guys at Aloha Motorsports/EagleRider are very helpful and friendly. We rented a 2014 HD Street glide for the day and picked it up from the Kihei store. Mark gave us a map and showed us all the cool rides on the island to do. He also told us to call him if we ever got lost or had any issues at all. After he mapped it out for us we pretty much knew exactly where we were headed. We ended up riding the direction of their other location in Lahaina about 30 miles north. We stopped there and purchased a few t-shirts.. We were told they have a better selection. We rode all day long and loved every minute of it. We were also glad we went with the Street Glide it handled very well through all of the technical mountain roads. We ride a road king back home so we're used to a bigger bike. If we were staying longer than a week I definitely would have rented the bike one more day. My wife and I had an absolute blast!! read more

I am very impressed with this business. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a motorcycle. I rented a motorcycle to do the road to Hana but unfortunately it was not meant to be. After a family medical issue prevented me from riding on my chosen day, weather prevented me from riding on my makeup day. Both times the staff (Donny, Leslie and an older gentleman who's name I have forgotten) went above and beyond and were exceedingly understanding and very helpful at trying to help me ride on some other day of my vacation. Sadly I was not able to make it happen on this trip though. If I ever make it to Maui again they will most certainly be my business of choice to rent two-wheeled transportation from. read more

Their policy is to refund money within two weeks. It took me over a month and half of calling them once or twice a week to get my money back...not to mention the fact that they charged me $436.00 for a broken turn signal...
