We called in the morning to see if we could rent mopeds and had them within an hour and a half (an hour if we didn't have to eat breakfast). The delivery made things even more convenient since we didn't have to go and pick them up. We met Keoki at the front of our hotel and he was so wonderful. We've never ridden mopeds before, but he pointed us to the videos and gave us some pointers and we were set! He also went out of his way to give us recommendations for where to snorkel and tell us about cool places to go on the island, including places to eat and stop along the way. We really could not have asked for a better experience. We had initially only rented the mopeds for a day but had so much fun that we extended until the end of our trip. To return them, all we had to do was call them and arrange for the pickup. It was so easy. Renting mopeds our trip so memorable and allowed us to explore so much more of the island. And the drop-off/pick-up service made the process SO EASY and so seamless. If you're considering it, just do it. You won't regret it!

The staff "everyone" was super nice. We took a short boat ride to a designated section on the water where there shop was. They went over safety instructions with the jet skies. We had about 40-45 minute time to ride the jet skies. The water was amazing beautiful blue color and the waves were pretty wild. Great time - thanks !!!

The short boat ride to Jet Ski Island was quick, the 45 minutes on the water flew by, and the photos turned out great. The weather was a little rainy and overcast, but I actually appreciated the break from the Maui sun after getting a bit too much of it the day before. There are cubbies available on Jet Ski Island, so feel free to bring along anything you'd like easy access to during your visit. Also, don't forget to bring a credit card, as one is required to be kept on file for the rental.

We spent about 5 1/2 hours out on the water heading to Molokini, turtle town, and the lava caves. The entire experience was absolutely incredible. The snorkeling spots were **sublime**, the scenery was unreal, and the crew was amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole trip so much fun. But honestly... Captain Kanoe deserves his own five stars. His jokes were unparalleled, and he had us laughing the entire time. Even when I got a little too personally acquainted with the backside of Molokini , Captain Kanoe was ready with ginger chews, jokes, and enough encouragement to make everything okay again. And then there were the cookies. Thankfully, those were handed out AFTER I finished getting sick. All jokes aside, this was an absolutely beautiful, fun, informative, and unforgettable experience. The crew was fantastic, the snorkeling was incredible, and the whole trip had such a great energy. Would 100% recommend Blue Water Rafting to anyone visiting Maui. Just bring your swimsuit, sunscreen, and maybe a strong stomach. Captain Kanoe will handle the rest.

We recently went on a snorkel tour through BWR and the experience was o.k. A couple of things they…read moreneed to improve. First, they need a simple sign with company name/logo for when people arrive in the parking lot. Many other snorkel firms are there and it would be helpful for the tour operator to hold a sign to direct people arriving. Also, some reason the company website defaults to Turkish language. We had to go through Viator to book the tour because the website is in Turkish and we couldn't book direct. Lastly, what is up with the turkey sandwich in the morning ? The tour meets at 6:30 am and this not lunch time. Nobody ate the turkey sandwich so we all felt ripped off. Simple to have breakfast food and snacks. Please drop the morning turkey sandwich and get breakfast food.
