We uploaded the file for print and immediately received a response from Shelley that they could not open the file and suggested I email it. After emailing it, she let me know the file was fine. Great customer service! Then, the following morning, she called to inform me of a couple of areas on the text that could be reformatted to fit better. Owners are local and super cool, friendly, and helpful. I go to them to get my brochures for my business printed. They even saved my file on their computer so that whenever I need more I can just call and let them know my name and they'll print it for me! Once, I inquired about vinyl banners and they told me that although they do provide that service I should check with _________ instead because the ink that they use is a better quality. Fast and friendly service. Came here to get documents notarized and faxed. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. The lady even sent me an email confirmation that the fax was sent successfully so we wouldn't need to wait around. Also, most banks and credit unions will do the notary for free but their hours are often very restrictive. Sometimes it's worth it to pay for convenience and this is one of those cases. It's also a local company and we do our best to support local as much as possible. Side note- notary was $10 a signature and the fax was (I believe) $4.50. They were knowledgeable with other services also. I could not find my bank who offered notary services on the weekends. They were open on weekends and it was very convenient for me. I recently signed up for a virtual mailbox with Aloha Ship and Pack through a third party company. Later that same day, I realized I created an unnecessary expense for myself and canceled the account right away (within 24 hours of signing up). I was a little worried about the cancelation/refund process because the third party company had a few iffy reviews online, so I contacted Aloha Ship and Pack directly and heard back from Shelley immediately. She confirmed my cancelation and went out of her way to follow up with the third party company to make sure they were processing my refund. To say I was wowed by her friendliness, efficiency, and customer service would be an understatement. Not only did she follow up with the third party company, she also remembered to contact me to give me the latest update. Honestly, there need to be more Shelleys in the world. Honestly, I get a reduced fee at my bank for notary service but they make me wait forever on the phone to make an appointment and the appointment isn't until a week later. This is hard for someone who needs something notarized right away. Aloha Ship and Pack does not need an appointment, I can just walk right in. I uploaded some blueprints to their site on Sunday evening with notes for a couple digital modifications and then on Monday morning they called me and said it was ready to go. I went in to pick up the blueprints and then ship them to Kauai and they packed and shipped it off for a great price.
