I don't recommend you go to this salon just for a basic haircut, especially when they're having another customer at the same time. They called me saying they could move my appointment earlier, and I happened to be available at that time. Little did I know, I walked in with the person coloring another customer's hair. I waited for about 10mins and she spent another 10 mins cutting my hair, then she went back to that customer. I ended up spending close to $80 only to find out my hair was uneven on both sides and some part of my hair were missed. Sure when she asked me if I was ok with the look I said fine. But as an expert, she was lacking the basic due diligence to do a thorough job! read more

Aside from being the best at hair, she has the most amazing and coolest personality. Usually getting my hair done feels like a chore because it gets a little boring sitting in a chair all day long. Nicole will talk and have fun with you and get you out of the salon in 2 hours which is unheard of to me. And lastlyyyyy, which is super important to me, she really cares about the client. I have seen Nicole for my hair needs for over a year now and her work always far exceeds my expectations! The first time I saw her, she did an awesome job with my color, cut and style. It was a dramatic difference and my hair felt better than it had in years. I love the way my hair looks too and so does everyone else because I get compliments all the time.
