We have also learned that these issues are pretty prevalent in Alaska today also, so I found it very offensive that they presented a white washed show like that. The food was what you would expect flavor-wise for a dinner theater but what made me really put off was that we had a global pandemic less than a decade ago and it's like this company learned nothing from it. You are expected to pass your plate to the 11 other people sitting at your table so they can put the food on your plate for you. We spent a week in a petri dish (cruise ship) before this land tour and I would say 10-25 percent of the people are obviously ill, I don't want anyone but a trained chef with experience in food safety to touch my food thank you.
