Had dinner at this casual place. Indoor & outdoor seating is available. They offer many unusual specialty pizzas. But we ordered a build-your-own mushroom and pepperoni pizza. It was delicious. The small (12") was plenty for two people. My wife said her margarita was good and I enjoyed my Moose's Tooth root beer (made in Anchorage). Service was slow. But there was only 1.5 servers for about 9 occupied tables, so I blame the restaurant and not the servers. But the pizza was so good, I'm still giving five stars. read more

We ordered: Twisted breadsticks: warm, crispy, and tasted amazing with the marinara sauce. Banh Minh: This was surprisingly pretty solid as it tasted similar to a veggie banh minh we ordered. It was like eating a banh minh sandwich in pizza form so it was really well done. Forrest: This was a fantastic dishes and all of the flavors came together really well - especially the combination of baked mushrooms and soft melted goat cheese. Panorama Pizza is located about 15 minutes south of Denali National park and is situated in a quieter area. There's a few lodges nearby and we stayed in one they recommended them for dinner. We'd been hiking all day and super hungry. The large was calling but ended up being way too much for two people. It worked out well though, cause it gave us dinner for the next night. Ordered the build your own with tomatoes, peppers and red onions. They didn't skimp on toppings and the crust was nice and bubbly. This is a popular spot and gets pretty crowded, so we did have a 15 minute or so wait for our table. Once seated, service was super attentive and food came out quick. It's a casual, bar type setting and no frills with delicious pizza. Good tip from our hotel to try this! read more

Pizza place and bar by the side of the road. We stayed at the inn next door so we just walked over to get a snack but it turned into our dinner. A small pizza was surprisingly filling for two people and more affordable than other meals in the area. We had the forrest pizza which is a white pizza with mushrooms and greens. It was pretty good. So this place was recommended by our bus driver in Denali. We happen to go pretty late after our day at Denali. We arrived at 10 PM and it was nuts! Balls to the walls people, partying, and karaoke. Like we were really bummed we weren't spending the night because it looked like a really fun place. Service sucked, but under the circumstances, no worries. We were told the waitress would come by and service, but that never happened so we went to the counter to order pizza and we had to go to the bar to order our drinks. Fantastic pizza, unmatched views, convenient location, and attentive service! The perfect place for dinner after a day at Denali. We got two 12" pizzas, and they were huge! The "birch please" had ham and pineapple, and I built my own (pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon). The crust is chewy and if you're someone who doesn't normally eat crusts, you might here! We had leftovers for another day, which was a surprising bonus. The mountain views are incredible and you can sit in or out. They have a fire pit and cornhole games, and it's just a very chill and inviting atmosphere. The servers were quick to refill waters and make sure all our needs were met. read more

Pretty decent restaurant with amazing beer and food. The beer is like a must-have , I'm so glad I tried it. The Alaskan Amber is full of flavor and one of the best beers ever had. Pizza is fresh out of oven, could have a little more veggie but pretty flavorful. One star deducted for the chicken wings. Had high hopes but $20 for a small set is a little disappointing. We were only in town for a few days but ate here twice!!! The pizza is outstanding! Our favorite was the Smoked and Baked, although Pineapple Express was a close second. It's a small location, and with the weather being wet outside seating was limited but they squeezed us in. We wish the weather had been nice bc they had a nice deck/outside area to sit and even a foosball and such to play. Panorama Pizza is a very convenient and apparently the last spot to eat on your way from Denali to Talkeetna. It opens at 3 pm in the afternoon. It is a huge restaurant, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a nice view. The decor is cool. The bar is especially is really cute. We were 6 people and ordered the 18" Forrest pizza ($32) and 12" Dirty Hippy ($17) pizzas, glad to find at least 2 vegetarian options. It took ~25 min for take out and food was appropriate for a good lunch. The pizza was not the best and they could have done a better job with the quantity of toppings and cheese but it tasted good since it was warm and we were super hungry! I would say it was average. The cashier/server was very rude and we felt unwelcome. They answered our simple questions with an attitude and didn't even show basic friendliness or etiquette. I hope that it was just an off moment or a bad day they were having and other people or tourists don't have to experience that. We had almost walked out looking at their attitude but decided to give them a shot eventually. read more

We went on a Tuesday evening and the place was buzzing with activity. We were taken care of quickly and found a seat by the window. They have outside seating with some gorgeous views but it was a little too windy for us to sit out. We were looking for vegetarian options and found 3-4 pizzas that were vegetarian. They were quick to take the order but took almost 30 mins to get the pizza. My husband said it was one of the best pizza he has had, so def worth the wait for him! Us parents enjoyed that our kids enjoyed the covered outdoor fooseball table while we sipped on a few local brews before the pies showed up. The pizza's were great with quality ingredients. Best pizza, beer, cocktails, and company in the Denali area. I stayed in Denali for two nights and went to Panorama both nights. I wasn't expecting to stay here for hours meeting all the great locals and seasonal workers! Sit at the bar and enjoy a variety of Alaskan beers, $3 PBR pints, or if you're lucky, maybe Dylan, the bartender, will make you one of his signature cocktails. Beth will serve you fantastic pizza with a smile (I tried the Veg-Head and Denali--great stuff). Stick around and chat with the regulars. You will undoubtedly leave with some new friends and some good stories. If you're feeling generous, be sure to ring the bell and buy everyone a shot of Jameson! Best pizza in the Denali area. They open around 5pm and have a shuttle service from the canyon area. Less of a touristy place, lots of locals hang out here. They always have great beer on tap and plenty of booze to wash it down with. Usually you can expect games of cornhole, foosball and a big outdoor fire. This is as far from the cruiser scene as you can get and if you're there after 10 expect a rowdy good time. read more

The food wasn't the best, definitely don't get the nachos! The pizza was okay. The cheese bread was decent. The reason to come here is the atmosphere, divey, gritty, and laid back. They have corn hole outside amd many games inside. The waitress was friendly and chatty and we talked to many other travelers. This is about 20 minutes south of the main drag amd it was so nice to get away. This feels more like a townie bar and less like a tourist trap. People from all over the world have taped dollar bills on the walls, so it's fun to spend some time reading these, as well. read more
