I needed to re-key the locks at my aunt's house and after calling around to 6 different places, Keystone Security quoted me the best price and didn't charge extra for coming out on a Saturday. We needed to have all the locks in our home re-keyed and were looking for a locksmith. I had called another locksmith first-- that receptionist was not very professional and didn't sound very competent. Then I called Keystone Security. Mark (owner/locksmith) sounded very knowledgeable over the phone-- asking questions about the types of locks we had and gave me an estimate that was actually lower than the first place that I called. In addition, he was able to come out within half an hour. He ended up re-keying 4 locks and replacing an exterior door lock for us-- all in about an hour. He was fast, friendly and professional. Needed the front deadbolt re-keyed on the house. Called Keystone in the morning and had the appointment set up right away for the time I requested the same afternoon. The locksmith arrived a few minutes early which worked out great for me! He was very quick and through and made sure the deadbolt worked very smoothly after the re-key. So like other reviewers on here, we needed our door re-keyed and was looking for a reliable and professional locksmith. There were good reviews for Keystone Security and so I decided to give it a try. I called and Mark answered; he was informative, gave me an estimate that was affordable, and was able to set up an appointment the next day. So my appointment was early in the morning, Mark called me and told me that he had just got done with another job and therefore will be there shortly, which I'm glad he gave me a courtesy call to let me know. Once he got to my house, he re-keyed my front door and my garage door. He was very nice and quick, he was kind enough to make me an extra set of keys because he had a machine in his van to make duplicates on the spot. I was very surprised that he did that with no extra charge, also he made sure that the deadbolt worked smoothly and that all the keys worked. Keystone is Awesome!!! Could of not found a better lock Smith in the Valley. Mark went out of his way to provide fantastic service. This was not a easy job of replacing lock on my Mobile Home and mail box. These locks were shot and old but Mark got it completed and I could not be happier. I had a great experience with Keystone Security. I'm new to the area so I had to rely on Yelp to find a locksmith and I was really pleased with the service I received. Mark was friendly, professional and did a great job. He and his partner rekeyed four locks and installed two dead bolts for a reasonable price. Even better, Mark helped me install my new home alarm system, advising me on where to place to the variety of sensors that I had. He even stayed while I tested the alarm and armed and disarmed it to be sure I was comfortable using the system. I didn't expect to get help with that and it lowered my stress level enormously.
