They were on time and at that appointment, they determined it was a faulty part, gave me the exact price to repair and ordered it. A few days later, the part arrived and they called to schedule the repair appointment, which again they had availbility the next day. He came early and called first to make sure that was ok, was at my house for an hour and everything now works!
