I scheduled both to make sure I am covered. Both gave same diagnosis, similar quote - inventor had to be changed. I proceeded with Tommy as he was the first one to show up. He is knowledgeable and gave good pricing (even without knowing compete situation). He was able to fix the refrigerator next morning as promised. Gave appointment for next day that was today did a clean job repaired the part which was to be changed. Amazing service! The repair person that came to the house made sure to put on booties prior to entering our home. Additionally, he was professional and honest. He tried to fix our microwave but unfortunately he did not recommend that we do that. I have a 12 year old LG Dryer and was having problems with clothes drying on the first cycle run. I had no idea that regular maintenance was recommended and thus, have never had it serviced until today. Tommy was amazing!! The pictures are too embarrassing but suffice to say that my dryer was definitely overdue for some maintenance. Tommy came out and did a complete check of the fridge and identified user error, as we had a newborn and over stuffed the freezer with baby's food (aka milk). He recommended making room for the air circulation to help cool the fridge. He didn't charge us for the consultation nor upsell something we didn't need. My dryer stopped working so I put out a quote request on yelp. Another company was able to come out quicker so they came out, looked in the unit and said I needed a new motor, which would take 5-6 days. I asked Alpha & Omega to come out the next day to confirm the diagnosis and do the repair, since they had the motor in stock to fix ASAP. (Family of 5, we do a lot of laundry) The tech came out, was kind and courteous, performed an in-depth diagnostic check and found that it was a much smaller, cheaper part that was the problem. He had the part on him and fixed it with an hour. Not only was he efficient and courteous, but the tech was very honest, not trying to sell me the new motor that he had brought with him.
