Experience our situation in real time…read more We took our car in for repairs from a minor accident on 22NOV2024 but have been stuck in processing purgatory by their staff. The car has been fully repaired since end of the year with authorizations from Statefarm for ~$5100. We have since discovered that Xtreme has actually performed approximately $11,900 worth of repairs which is more than the ACV of the vehicle. For context, the other car which hit us sustained less than $1000 worth of damage. Statefarm originally assessed the repairs at $1800 and then up to $5100 after supplements denying all other invoices they sent in. For what is a minor collision, we are in danger of a total loss claim. communication: they have told us the car would be ready for pick up since before xmas. They actually used the same excuse twice saying it is "in for calibration today". Can't be in there twice over a 1 week period. Questionable practices: They executed repairs for twice what Statefarm authorized and submitted requests to them weeks after the car was fixed. What they are claiming they fixed is more than the car is worth. This seems like mismanaged repairs. unnecessary delays: no action after 4 days that we visited, no return calls they promised, no responses to emails. Most of these processes are not monitored by the car owners as we're just happy the work is done and insurance pays but let this be a lesson to all that you should. IF Xtreme continues to file claims for exorbitant repairs, you run the risk of your vehicle being totaled. Our situation reeks of inflated repair costs to maximize insurance reimbursements and most notably, repairs WAY beyond what insurance approved. In the mean time, we'll have to sit on the side lines watching this situation unfold with insurance and apparently, drive up there in person to get any updates. Mind this process if you have a vehicle in repairs now. Drive somewhere else if youre thinking about repairs. I've included screen shots of the email I've sent them which details out the situation and their lack of response. We are the Lexus, car that hit us is the Civic. You be the judge of how that's $12K of damage and even if so, why you would invest that much to fix a car that only has an Actual Cash Value of $12,500. If the owner reads this review, I welcome his call to remedy since Nic doesn't seem bothered to contact us.

For context, I bought my car from this dealership in August 2025, and that is the only reason I went to them for these repairs. I wanted to keep the work with the dealer I purchased from. The first repair (November 2025) to my bumper and hatch, due to being rearended, was good and quality work. But even then, that visit took roughly 59 days. So, while yes, I was happy with the final result, the process itself was slow and hard to stay informed on. From there it just went downhill. I took my car in for a broken windshield, which resulted in needing the A-pillar on my driver's side and the windshield replaced. This windshield replacement took about 16 days...not too long. But when I picked up my car on April 24th 2026, I immediately found that my center console was broken and would not close/latch. I reached out to Andrew, the service advisor, and he took responsibility, telling me to come back and he would fix it...once they got the part in. Then the same day, I realized that all of my personal belongings were not in my car. I reached BACK out to Andrew, and he told me to come back in, again to see what was missing and if they could find it. I did right before they closed, he made a list of what I was missing and told me he would reach out if they found it. He reached out that evening right before they closed to let me know they found it in a different customer's vehicle. Eventually, my belongings were returned to me, but it was one more thing to deal with. From there, about mid-May 2026, I noticed that my front passenger floor well was pooling with liquid. My carpet was ruined and reeked of Mildew. As I park my car in a parking garage overnight and weekends, I knew it was not weather related. After doing some research, we figured that it was related to the AC drain so we took it to the Bob Tomes Service Center. The service advisor, Lance, took my car in but was very dismissive and had a negative attitude towards us. Days later he updated me that my car had been sent over to the collision center, because they assumed that the flooding was due to the windshield replacement that was completed there a month or so in advance. Both the service center and the collision center were going back and forth on who held responsibility for a day or so. Once my car was over at the collision center again, I struggled to get any updates out of the advisor. It took me multiple times to finally get an acknowledgment that the flooding was due to the previous work that the collision shop had done. Even then, I was told the car would be "put back together" and did not receive a full reason for WHY the flooding was happening or what they were going to do to prevent it in the future. Luckily while they had my car for this, they DID fix the center console. Once I picked up my car (7/13/2026) from the flooding repair/drainage issue, the car was returned to me, yet again, with another piece broken. An interior trim came loose and fell off while I was driving. It was an easy pop back on, but the service advisor noted that it may be compromised, and I should come back (AGAIN) for them to put a new piece on. To their credit, both the AC drainage repair and center console were fixed at NO cost to me. But the pattern is the real problem. The slow turnaround, poor communication, dismissive service experience and a car REPEATEDLY coming back with something new that was wrong with it. A customer should be able to leave content, with a completely fixed car and not have to worry about something going wrong or be broken upon pickup... Ultimately, I would urge customers to truly inspect their vehicle thoroughly at EVERY pickup and to get ANY findings about the cause of a problem IN WRITING.

When I finally requested a refund and to take my car elsewhere, Alfonso and Judy turned hostile and aggressive. I was verbally attacked and had to call the police just to retrieve my car. By that time, the battery was dead from sitting unused for so long and I now have to pay for another one. They refused to provide any repair timeline, refused to return the money I had already paid, and their negligence forced me to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for rental cars. Alfonso continues to string me along with empty promises of a Zelle refund, claiming his business "needs to make more money first" before he can pay me back. Imagine that level of dishonesty. After researching further, I discovered I'm not the only victim. The BBB and other review sites are filled with similar complaints about this shop taking money (including insurance payouts) and failing to perform repairs. This is not a one-time mistake, it's a pattern and a scheme. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any business.
