Honestly giving 1 star because that's the minimal allowed. This was a great shop when Mr. Mohammad was in charge, but after his wife took charge of it, been a disaster! Took my car there to fix, and end up with more issues! They charge me for diagnosis (what most companies don't) replace parts that I didn't authorized and still didn't fix my car. after 5 weeks with my car in their shop, they told they couldn't fix it... I end up taking my car to a dealership where I found out that the parts they changed weren't properly installed... They claim they work with contractors (certified people) but that same people work, whenever they want, and can't even do their job correctly! Definitely will NEVER bring my car there and DO NOT RECOMMEND at all! read more

You do bad business and will have to deal with the consequences one way or another. They gave me a quote for some repairs and claimed that after those repairs my car would be running good. Well, they did the work and the car wasn't proper, so they hit me with another bill that was double the amount of the first. Basically, they will drain your pockets according to your situation and are looking to take advantage of people. I regret trusting them and feel bad for being so naive, therefore I am making myself feel better by leaving them bad reviews on all of social media. read more

P2 As the estimator and I pulled up to the shop the mechanic was standing by my car, hood up, engine on, A/C running, my A/C belt hanging half out of the trash can and the exact same loud whirling noise coming from the car. I said to the mechanic that obviously the belt was not the problem and that his total time working on my car was maybe four minutes, so paying the quote was not an option. The mechanic told me that I had asked him to take the belt off, I said you know I didn't, he said he told me that the belt might not be the problem and if not would need to do more serious work, which meant he now needed to install a belt tensioner to fix the problem (remember a belt tensioner, not a belt, was listed on the quote). I guess, hoping that I would bring the car back for him to charge me to install a belt tensioner, the mechanic said, okay I will not charge you for what I have done in front of the estimator who acknowledged and was a witness to that statement. Even the grifter mechanic could not justify charging me for four minutes of unauthorize work. I said fine, grabbed my belt out of the trash, showed it to both of them and said this looks brand new and any mechanic could have seen its condition when it was on my car, which the estimator acknowledged with a positive nod of his head. With my A/C belt in hand, I drove to my house with the constant, loud whirling, whining sound and while stopped with my foot on the break waiting for the security gate to my complex to open my car lurched forward a couple feet, almost hitting the gate. It had never done that before, which left me wondering what else had the Alpha Intl mechanic done to my car to cause such a lurch? Now, very worried about my car and scared to drive it, feeling it might rear-end someone, I pulled it into my garage, immediately called my regular mechanic (BMW specialist) and relayed what was going on with the car. He too voiced concerned about the lurch and opened a slot for me to bring my car in at 7:30 the next morning. I asked him if the problem could be the A/C belt or that the belt needed a belt tensioner, as Alpha Int. said. He replied, it was not a belt issue, there was no such thing as a belt tensioner, that it was the pully, not the belt that was lose; which was so common an issue with BMWs of that series and age that BMW even had a kit for it (after they inspected my car the lose pully was confirmed). I showed my BMW mechanic the belt the Alpha Intl mechanic took off my car and asked him if it looked new to him and he said, close, certainly would not cause any problem. So, the Alpha Intl mechanic had no clue of common BMW issues and I guess wanted me to keep paying for his ignorance until he eventually stumbled onto and fixed the problem. But wait, unimaginably, the nightmare gets worse. At 6:09 that evening I received the following hostile, threatening email: You're going to need to go pay your bill asap tomorrow. Leaving with the vehicle without payment is theft of services and I will report it if not taken care of. You are on camera, the guys went out of their way to give you a ride and sent someone to get your belt to rush things as well, then you leave without payment? Not acceptable. Giving the owner the benefit of doubt though, the owner's message to me was almost word for word what her lying, grifter mechanic said to me over the phone; yet it seems he left out telling the owner that when I confronted him in person, he said he would not charge me. However, in that the owner is so concerned about theft of services, I am going to accordingly ask her to reimburse my dentist for the theft of $100 for an unfilled appointment slot that her company stole from my dentist by unauthorized removal of my A/C belt, not ensuring the belt would be there on time to make my appointment as promised and then not informing me early enough for me to call my dentist so he could possibly fill the appointment slot I had made four months earlier. Also, since I am a business consultant, charging $100/hour for my services, the owner should have no problem reimbursing me $200 for the two hours I spent writing up this review/response. I also included with this write up to the owner the request that she, in writing, apologize, retract her threat and either promise to/does send my dentist $100 and me $200 or explain to me in writing her justification in not doing so or I will post this horror story on the Internet. This is the owner's response along with a doctored estimate from the original they gave me: Mr. XXXX - don't ever come back to our shop. People like you that pray on the hard work of others, expecting something for nothing, leaving without taking care of their bill - aren't worth dealing with. read more

Terrible experience with this shop. DO NOT BRING Your CAR HERE! I brought my car here 3 months ago for new spark plugs & new tensioner pulley. My spark plugs started giving me trouble within a week of leaving the shop & now my pulley has broken already. I tried to call Mohamed the owner for help with this. He refused to take my call & had the secretary tell me that these repair (only 3 months old) are out of there warranty so I have to pay for them to fix it. DONT TAKE Your CAR HERE! there's no way that these parts should be failing in such a short time, I drive only a few miles per day to work. ***DO NOT TRUST THEM*** I was sold a 99 ford expedition which one of their mechanics had repaired. They said nothing was wrong and everything in the engine would be repaired. I have pictures of various repairs they made. However, once I come to pick it up it had a misfire. They assured me that it was only a coil pack. Ince I replaced the coil I heard the knock. When I called, the co-owner (a woman) to ask for my money back due to Mohammad (co-owner) being in Egypt at the time, she stated: "After you purchased it, its your problem, its just like the Caddilac dealer telling me there was nothing wrong with my car. There is nothing you can do to us anyway". $2,800 for a vehicle that does not run. After being re-assured time after time that there was nothing wrong. They even asked for more money for "parts" $300.00! When I asked to see an Itemized list, they told me they couldnt produce it but, that everything was suppose to run for me. There mechanics are drunks at best. The vehicle they sold me was not even signed into their names. I am building my case to present to the court. If you trust these people, you will regret it. Worst body shop I have ever been to!!! Do not go here. If you must, get everything that is supposed to be done on your car in writing. They will claim that you only asked for a portion of the job that was previously agreed to. After you have already paid, there is nothing you can do if your repair is under $500. They seemed very trustworthy to me and recommended against something I was inquiring about as it was merely aesthetic and I was trying to keep costs low. My daughter needed a new alternator and they matched the quote another place gave us even though they replaced her alternator with a new one and the other quote was for a rebuilt one.
