Can't say enough great things about Chris and the exceptional service he provided. After trying with 3 different companies to come and check our dishwasher, Chris answered the phone on the first ring. Although he was swamped with rush repairs before thanksgiving, he squeezed us on the same day and showed up exactly at the promised time. He had all the equipment to fix the problem (broken glass in the pump) and was extremely careful not to damage our floors while removing the machine. If I could give no stars I would!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Not enough space here to tell all - long story short. Called placed for repair of stove. 1. Came out thought he was repairing my fridge- had no idea what his repair call was for. 2. Did absolutely nothing the first time out. Didn't even pull out the stove to check anything. 3. Had to come a second time - forgot parts had on order - till I reminded him of what and when they were ordered 4. Ordered wrong parts. Needed to come a third time! 5. After stating I had to take a day off work to meet him and my stove wasn't fixed - he stated - "oh my bad!" 6. Said he would order correct part and come back. 7. It's been over 3 weeks and no return, no calls, nothing!! I tried calling 3 times and voice mail was full and couldn't leave a message each time. Got another company to come and they fixed it right away!!! This guy Chris is a creep!! Comes into your home with blue latex gloves on before he walks in the door!! I usually don't write a bad reviews, I know a lot of people depend on their job as a way of living. I'll try to make it a short as possible I Spoke with Chris a few days ago, he said he usually doesn't serve the Bonneylake area. I told him I would appreciate he's help since I called and email several other company. We decide on a morning time since I work 2nd shift (9am). As I am sitting around waiting, I notice the time. It's 9:25 am and no show no call. I proceeded to call Chris, he answers the phone. I asked, are you still coming? Hey, let me call you back in 10 minutes. He called back and stated, I didn't get enough sleep last night. I ask him what time will he arrive this time. I'll be there around 11am, ok no problem. 11am came around 11:30, 12 noon. NOT even a call and didn't even show up. I always ask people, what's the number one thing in a relationship. (Communication) Sending and receiving. I'm not here to bash the guy I'm sure he's been well with others. My problem is the fact you had me waiting and you couldn't give me the common courtesy to call me back. Our Bosch clothes washer failed early in its life and Chris Wise negotiated a replacement motor from the company and did the work of removing the old and installing the new promptly. More recently, it stopped rotating again. While talking with me on the phone, he guessed that the cause was worn-out brushes. He came at the appointed time and did the work quickly and carefully for a reasonable price. I would call him again for any appliance repair issue. read more

Chris came out to repair my fridgidaire double stacker washing machine that started to have trouble draining water. He was very friendly, polite, and efficient in how he used his time. Chris came out to my house today in West Seattle to work on my washer. It was giving an odd code and would not start until re setting it several times. After trouble shooting and checking on the hoses things seem to be back working like normal. No parts needed (at least at this time). He is now also familiar with my machine and has all the serial numbers so if something happens again he will know where to start. All it cost was the $80.00 service call. YEAAA!!.
