The bill they gave me differs from what my credit card account states. Sneaky!!!! The total cost was $438 to replace a hard drive. That is ridiculous. I called the next business day to ask for help (that is part of my membership) and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. I am self-employed, I cannot leave my laptop somewhere for a day or two. I called a friend and he logged into my computer and fixed what I needed in 5 minutes.
