They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. Townhome repair. Was supposed to be a 2 day job, ended up being almost a whole week. They blocked…read moremy front door and parked in my driveway. I had the hardest time trying to just get into my home this whole week. I would get yelled at for walking under the caution tape, but couldn't get to my front door without doing so. I would get yelled at for trying to walk in through my garage. Finally last day that they are here, today, I was told they would be gone by noon. I got here at 1 they were still there so I left and came back they were still there at 5pm. Mind you the entire time they were here. They hadn't been working. Two of the days they were here they only worked until noon, and then left. When the job could have easily been done that day. When I parked in front of their dumpster so I could go inside my home. They yelled at me again for trying to get into my own home, were laughing at me. And one of the workers called me fat. I am 9 months pregnant and my due date is tomorrow. I tried my best to be graceful during this whole thing. But these workers were extremely rude. Disrespectful and not only had they broke our ring camera but pictures and signs we had up in our home flew off the wall and broke because how hard they were going. Mind you we have had work done on our home roof before and never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing.
