4+ years ago we hired them to rodent proof our home and to do clean up after, which is important for healthy home conditions. They stopped new rodents from coming in and eliminated the ones inside the home. However, don't believe them when they say they cleaned up. We found a decayed rat behind our stove years later. Sure they can say that the rat was caught after initial cleanup but the fact is other areas were left dirty as well, with rat droppings behind a lot of appliances. Areas they blocked off so no new rats could enter. They simply did not clean as advertised. Ok the guy who came out to get rid of my pest problem deserves 10 stars. After realizing I had a skunk living underneath my house I called alpha wildlife removal and I'm so glad I went with them. I went with alpha because they gave me the most reasonable price to get rid of the skunk that had been stinking up my house. From starting off talking on the phone till the end of the process of them removing the skunk I was very pleased with the whole experience. They were nice on the phone and gave me a thorough explanation of the process and the pricing to go along with it. We had an issue with bird nests and Kyle was able to come out that same day if we were available. Communication was easy and he was very quick to reply to messages. He scheduled a time that worked with us and was right on time (he even gave us a call when he was 15 minutes away). When we first contacted him we were only aware of a nest in the back of our house, but the night before, we discovered a second one in the front. Kyle had no problem with the last minute request to take down the second nest. One night I was sitting in my living room and saw a bat flying around the room. We had had this happen in the past, but thought that when we had the roof of the house redone, the problem was gone. To complicate matters, we were in the process of selling our home. I had also noticed some droppings around the house, but attributed it to mice that had gotten in when people looking at the house left external doors open while they were here. Joseph inspected my home, roof, garage, and along my property lines. I talked to Kyle Ransom, explained my situation with a skunk in my garage under the Porsche, and he said he would be out within a half hour. He showed up as expected, was extremely professional, knew what he was doing, got under the car, grabbed the skunk and put it in a cage all within five minutes. He determined that the skunk was not healthy and probably had rabies so, unfortunately for the skunk, I agreed that it should be euthanized.
