Hello over the Christmas holiday we seemed to have found a rodent in our apartment and due to my daughter being pregnant and knowing that rodents tend to carry bacteria I didn't want this rodent in our place . So I called Suncoast Pest Management and Eddie had picked up and asked how he could help me . I informed him of my problem and even tho it was the holiday evening he told me no worries I will do my best to find a technician to see if they can come out to help with your situation. Eddie called me back right away and informed me unfortunately he couldn't get a technician out that day but first thing on Tuesday . I asked Eddie many questions of what I could do til his technician could come out and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. It is Tuesday and Eddie had came out instead of sending out another technician which I really appreciated it showed us that he wanted to be sure to help us with the situation instead of just having someone else . Eddie was on time and kind and friendly . He asked us how he could help and listen to our concerns as well . He asked if he could look where we had seen the rodent and asked questions . He explained to us the situation and what would be best to do . Eddie also shared his knowledge about the rodent and how smart they are and how to prepare our apartment to keep them from coming back and that are helpful as well to catch this rodent .Eddie was honest and informed us that we had done 89 percent of the work already and that it would cost more if they were to just come out and set the traps and then come back 2 times after that . Eddie took his time with us on this situation . The most important part of this review as well is that Eddie Didnt push his services on us and say that was the only way to fix the problem. He was honest with us and told us if we have any other questions or need their services that they are here for us . So if you need a pest control management help for a rodent problem or anything they may help you with in their company I would recommend Suncoast Pest Management. I highly recommend Suncoast Pest Management to anyone needing pest control service. I met Jonathon Hernandez, VP, through the local of Chamber of Commerce. I attended a ribbon cutting at their new office and experienced the warm family feeling amongst the staff and those in attendance. Sean McGough, CEO, spoke at the event, and it was very evident that he is a quality man and runs his business that way. Jonathon came out today and treated our home in Rancho San Diego. I signed up for quarterly treatments. I am so thankful that I have gotten to know Jonathon, Sean, Jose, and the Suncoast team. Suncoast will always be my first recommendation to anyone looking for pest control!

I've been using The Pest Experts Co. for about 2.5 years now and I am 1,000% a satisfied customer. All of the workers who have come out to my home have been very respectful of my property, thorough, professional, kind, and extremely effective. When I moved into my place there were gophers, black/brown widow spiders, and a few other pests that I didn't want around and needed help managing. Juan and his team have consistently been out each month to deliver quality work, and they've helped keep everything under control. They answer my questions, teach me things to look out for (in terms of infestations, nests, etc.), and are flexible with their availability - all at a great monthly price! Their products don't kill the plant life around my home, and they're considerate of the environmental impact of the treatments they apply (staying mindful of runoff, etc.). Other pest control companies have come to my door multiple times trying to pull me away as a customer over the years, but I confidently tell them I'm good. I have a great team handling things for me, and they're worth every penny I'm currently paying! I'd recommend this company again and again!

I recently had to get a termite inspection and treatment as part of my home purchase process, as…read morerequired by the agreement. The first company that came out quoted me for woodwork and tenting. I was uneasy from the start, as I wasn't comfortable with their high-pressure approach, and the owner was rude and sent unprofessional texts. Despite my reservations, I had to proceed with the inspection. Thankfully, I hired Eliminite Termite Services. From the start, Gary, was outstanding - professional, attentive, and really listened to my concerns. He arranged the termite service promptly. Then, Hiram Ruiz came out and performed the treatment. He was equally professional - he inspected the house thoroughly, explained everything, and confirmed there were no termites in the attic. The only termites were on the patio, which is being torn down, but he treated that area as well. Plus, I paid less than the initial quote and did not have to have my house tented. Just found out today that I have been continuing to be charged for services that are not rendered…read more We're in the middle of a huge landscape upgrade and didn't need any service for past couple of months. I had mentioned to Darla to skip service because of this, and will resume when ready. But just noticed that I have been continued to be auto charged ($87 each time) good thing I looked as I was getting ripped off. Very surprised of this as I'd mentioned this for multiple months to get ahead of this situation and give HomeShield as much communication as possible. It is crappy feeling to have my money taken like that I called in and spoke with Luca and he was helpful in telling me that I'll get credited back for 2 months, and will have CC on hold so not charged. That made me feel good. He said I'd get confirmation email in a few minutes but it's been nearly 2 hours and no email and my CC still showing no credit/refund. They are happy to auto charge me, but cannot accommodate their current customers with the ability to pause service, causing additional headache for me I'll see if there is anything worth updating if/when it happens. otherwise will go straight to credit card company and dispute charges...I don't have time to keep going back to HomeShield to check if they did their work right Still considering if I will continue with HomeShield once I need service again; but I figure I'll have better choice when that time comes UPDATE: after reading other review of not being able to cancel service, I called right back and spoke with Patricia. I asked to cancel service, but she could not do so and had to transfer me to other department and ask me to hold for "2 minutes". After 2 minutes, she came back on saying no one could talk to me to cancel. Seriously?? I asked if I can get her my verbal authorization to relay my cancel message to someone. No can do, so I have to wait for someone to call me back so I can say "CANCEL" really frustrated now...
