The interior was already in very good condition--it mainly needed a thorough vacuuming, the seats wiped down, and the dash, doors, and trim cleaned. I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.

It was a hot day & he offered to take me to the coffee shop on the corner to hang out since they don't really have a waiting area indoors. Their mobile unit has everything -- water, power, vacuum, etc, needing no hookups. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! They blame a glitch in the scheduling software, but don't fix it. I'm bummed, everyone deserves a second chance, but it's not worth the hassle if a company can't show up as promised. Update: Adrian reached out and promised to make it right. They have assured me the new online scheduling platform is working properly and they came to my house and cleaned the car free of charge. They do fantastic work, so going the extra mile for customer service means a lot.
