They had to break up hard, compacted dirt to install turf, repair an area of DG and put in a new border all the way around, remove sprinklers and check the drip system. When I looked the next day during daylight, I realized there were a few minor issues. I contacted him and he immediately came back to fix them. They did a great job and were professional throughout! He responded quickly, and we discussed what we were looking for in re-purposing the rear 1/3 of our property. He described his vision and methods, and provided a very reasonable quote. We decided to move forward, and we left it up to him to provide and plant what was needed to create a perfect space that was both functional for entertainment and really pleasant to just relax and enjoy. Gio and his team did not disappoint. He met (and exceeded) our expectations, and stuck to the schedule and budget. And he didn't just create planter areas and new lawn, he also installed a paver walkway to match our existing patio stones. After reaching out to get it resolved they refused to warranty the dead sod and asked us to pay another ~$750 to replace it. We spent almost $12,000 on the project and really disappointed they will not stand by their work.
