They had to break up hard, compacted dirt to install turf, repair an area of DG and put in a new border all the way around, remove sprinklers and check the drip system. When I looked the next day during daylight, I realized there were a few minor issues. I contacted him and he immediately came back to fix them. They did a great job and were professional throughout! While the team members are very nice people who truly work hard to get the job done, I unfortunately felt that their concrete work did not meet my expectations. On the first day of prep work, the crew cleared the soil but left a large pile of sand blocking my driveway before leaving and asking for a $500 deposit. The next morning, they returned with a larger crew and mixed the concrete right in front of my house. Unfortunately, concrete splashed around, leaving a significant mess in my front yard that was not cleaned up after the job was finished. Additionally, the leveling is uneven in several areas. Instead of sloping toward the drain, water pools and sits on the surface. While I appreciate their work ethic and friendly attitude, concrete does not seem to be their specialty. I would give them a 2.5-star rating for this project.
