Dirty backrest?
G G.

My brand new 2024 Sierra came Damaged and Dirty. Smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in my brand new truck! Melted skittles, spilled milk, scuff marks where people had kicked the doors/speakers. Seats look brown with dirt all on a brand new truck? Alpine Buick GMC told me to have it detailed and they would cover the cost. I spent $250 on a detail and still no word back from the dealership. Minor damages to the truck still have yet to be addressed by the dealership. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this business by all means necessary.

Dont walk in the door. Brand new 100k sierra ev has been in service more than it's on the road. only token communications to shut me up with no resolution. they have my money and they are done with me. several messages left with no reply. Replied to voice mail multiple time and nothing!

Mohamed G, Buick salesperson. 2021 Buick Encore Preferred.

Sales was awesome but service has been awful. I take the car in and they say I don't need it. Then I get a message saying service is due

CarMax Misrepresented the Vehicle and Refused Accountability…read more UPDATE - 10/3/25: A representative from corporate reached out and after conflicting information and excuses from what I was told by the dealership they are still unwilling to take any accountability or make any offer of compensation. --- I purchased a car from CarMax after their employees explicitly told me it had no accident history. That statement was false and misleading. When I went to sell the car, I discovered that the DMV had recorded an accident on the vehicle a full year before I bought it. This misrepresentation cost me a $3,000 in lost value, verified by an auto broker who showed me recent comparable sales of nearly identical vehicles. When I raised this issue with CarMax, they refused to accept any responsibility or compensate me for any of the loss in value. CarMax heavily markets "peace of mind" and "transparency," but my experience shows those claims are hollow. If their employees can misrepresent a car's history and the company refuses to make it right, then buyers cannot trust the accuracy of anything they're told. Furthermore, do not rely on the CarMax vehicle inspection to uncover previous damage that would have been discoverable by a competent mechanic. Be certain to complete an independent pre-purchase inspection using a competent mechanic. CarMax misrepresented the vehicle I purchased, and their refusal to stand behind their word shows a lack of integrity. Buyers beware--you could be left with a car worth thousands less than you were led to believe.

Ellie was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment. I didn't give her much notice (sorry Ellie) but it worked out because she paired me with Moe, who used to sell Hondas. Moe was able to answer all our questions, and what he didn't know about the newest Hondas, he looked up on the spot. The business department was happy to accept our financing, and even the sales pitch to buy extra warranty packages felt low pressure. "You are buying a car that will last. We get it. You probably don't need anything to protect the engine. But here's why you might want it to protect the computer systems..." Not only was it a great experience buying my Honda at this dealership, but I might come back here for my Mazda car too.

Two weeks later, when I returned, I received another coupon, with wording that they had "REDUCED" the cost of the oil change, to $89.99!! I scheduled my oil change, and took both coupons, the $79.99 and the $89.99 coupons, and pointed out to the gentleman, the wording that the price was not reduced but in fact INCREASED! I asked him if he would honor the cheaper coupon, but he refused, and stated it had expired. I pointed out again, the wording of the current "REDUCED" $89.99 coupon, and that it was not honest. The service was good, and they did wash the exterior of my car, so that was nice, but I left with a bill for almost $110 for a $90 oil change.

Littleton Mercedes-Benz…read more Thank You Dan in service! I brought my daughter's Mercedes into Littleton last week for an issue we were having. My family has some of the best and dedicated car guys (my Brother & Father) so I always listen to them. My Brother Ray V. told me to give Littleton a shot after I didn't have much luck at the dealership we originally purchased the car from. I was ready for the worst and received the best IMO. I came in on a Saturday and missed the Service department by a few hours. I was getting ready to leave and was stopped by one of the sales guys and then the manager who didn't just say to come back on Monday, They gave me the info I needed and took the time to introduce themselves to me with a business card and the best time to come back. I came back early Monday morning and met a really good service team. Dan took my info and did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. He gave me a loaner vehicle and made sure to contact me a few hours later and again early the next morning. Dan was very professional and had the car back to us in a short time. Through the years I've been to almost every dealership in the metro area and am sometimes disappointed. I've also owned several restaurants in Denver over the last 30 years and I know good service and have had to answer for not so good service. Sorry to go on so long but I get a great feeling when I'm treated right and the staff go above and beyond. The car business is a tough business and it's wonderful to be treated well. Thanks to Dan & the team and thanks for taking care of us. -Sincerely, Tony V.

Major props to Rolando and son. They absolutely went over and above my expectations…read more My Volvo Vic took its last gasp of air two weeks ago. I was pretty much in a complete tail spin as I had not anticipated Vic's demise so soon. Mind you it was a Volvo. It was a XC90 15 years old. My Volvo was like a brother I could always count on, until I couldn't. Insert sad face. No back up plan in place. Prior to this "Vic" was showing symptoms of failure. He would cough and want to stop everything as I was driving 70 mph on 470. I had him towed home twice. McGyver aka, husband would read the errors and researched to get him back in health. He gave it not one but two resuscitations months apart. I reached out to Rolando and asked him to help me find a car with fuel efficiency and low miles along with a budget. Within an hour I had 4 vehicles in my email inbox to choose from sent by Rolando. History, owners, blue book value and pre approval in check. I found what I wanted within the 4 choices. I was approved at a decent rate to purchase a shiny Toyota Corolla. 2 owners. One was a corporate owner for a fleet car. Second no information. Logistics were met above expectations. I had a hairy day with a loved one in the ER. Through it all Rolando assured me he would deliver the car so I could get to work the next morning. Low and behold Rolando delivered my new purchase with a full tank, papers, and a clean fuel efficient car at 10:45pm that evening. It was that late due to unexpected ER visit. If you need a new set of wheels Rolando is my vote . Thank you for helping me get a beautiful car with all the needs I asked for!

DO NOT BUY FROM JFR AUTO…read more Absolutely terrible experience with JFR Auto. They sold us a vehicle with a leaking engine oil pan and leaking shocks -- issues that clearly should have been caught before selling the car. When we brought this up, we were told they would fix any "major issue." Yet when we presented documentation, instead of taking responsibility, John Mudd claimed the GM report was fake. Calling an official GM diagnostic report "fake" instead of standing behind what you sell is beyond unprofessional -- it's dishonest. If a dealership refuses to acknowledge legitimate mechanical defects and tries to discredit official documentation, that tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. John's post purchase arrogance is beyond reasonable. He couldn't even honor his word even after acknowledging via text that the issues were valid. And I quote, "Hey let me get this figures" "Sorry it will be ready by 1:30 tomorrow" "the shocks cannot be fixed for month... ..." Save yourself the stress, the repair bills, and the headache. Do NOT waste your time or money at JFR Auto.

I brought the vehicle in again as it didn't drive quite as well. No check engine light. 58K on the odometer, I requested a 60K service (customer pay). There are two 60k services for this vehicle, AutoNation's version and Ford's. I requested Ford's maintenance as it was more comprehensive to me. I requested that all fluids be drained, flushed and renewed. Engine oil & filter, transmission fluid & filter, front and rear differentials, transferbox, cabin and air filters as I was traveling to NJ for the Thanksgiving holiday. The service department knew that. The oil in the transfer box was not changed, nor the air and cabin filters. Would you trust anything that they did? I didn't. After my break down and inspection by a 3rd party, I traded it in, after I paid for the repairs. Returning home to CO, I broke down going over the Mississippi from IL to MO on Sunday the 1st. Found a hotel and a Ford dealer in the St. Louis, MO area. Failure of a cross threaded bolt, filled with Locktite could not withstand the pressures put on it. This bolt is 1 of 3 that hold the High Pressure (HP) fuel pump, driven by the camshaft. By compromising the mounting bolts, this was a doomed failure waiting to happen. At this point I have two different technicians doing the same thing. Crossthreading. One with a lug nut, the other a critical mounting component of the engine. Had a qualified technician done the 60k inspection including a read out of codes, which could have led to further diagnosis PREVENTING failure that left me and my family stranded in a snowstorm. There is no such talent at this facility. I have zero confidence that they can fix your Ford here. Or as in my case, returning a lesser product to me. After giving AutoNation Littleton Ford a perfectly well maintained 2018 F150 Raptor, it came back to me damaged, broken, stranded, and leaving me with zero confidence. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service department. Mark, With no respect, YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is intolerable. Before you post, make sure that your facts are correct. I can see where this culture is created.
