This morning, I headed straight there with my positive attitude in tow for my deep cleaning of my upper mouth (insurance lets you do one part at a time). The appointment went better than I could have ever imagined. My teeth feel fabulous and there was no pain or uncomfortable feeling after everything wore off. I asked why, and received the response that if I didn't provide my number, I'd have to find a new dentist. Actual text message I received from this dentist: "If Its a problem, you will need to find a new office." There is no need for a dentist to have social security numbers on file. It is a pointless risk of identity theft. I even consider it irresponsible. I chose to find a new dentist.

They have provided excellent care and honor our requests when our consciences do not fully align (for example, if they recommend an x ray but we prefer to wait, they will say you can wait and do this next time also we are not fans of fluoride and they never try to coerce us like a lot of other places might). I can't say enough how much I appreciate their posture which feels they are partnering with us. Parents are welcome to go back to area where children receive care. Very honoring and respectful of the parent-child relationship. I always ask a million questions and like to learn options on things and I always feel my questions are answered with respect and kindness. We have seen all the dentists here. They are all fabulous and very knowledgeable and I would say honest in their care. They are proactive when they need to be and conservative in their approach otherwise.

We went around in circles for about 20 minutes until they finally admitted that when they got the file from the Dr. Lee's office there were behavior notations on it that the Dentist was in here refusing to see her and they came up with a plan that was completely not actionable, and when we were unable to make that work, they just dug in harder and harder. I wish we never went to this place. They claimed to be. Experienced with children with special needs they wasted almost a year of time because they did not communicate their intentions with integrity and of course it's my daughter who then suffers. I think once integrity and trust is gone nothing else really matters.

You can tell immediately from the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctors themselves that they care about providing quality service. The staff talked us through everything and updated us along the way which made all the difference! We were also given some options for treatment approaches mid way through the procedure which was appreciated (other offices don't do this & have flat out told me that there are no "options" once under GA). Super grateful for this dental office. Highly recommend. Also, if it helps anyone decide - we are a family of color under state insurance and were treated amazingly. Every staff member & doctor were all people of color as well, adding even more to our positive experience!

The dentist didn't greet us, had no knowledge of his care, and didn't address my request for continuity. Instead of calling me to resolve it, they sent a letter banning us from returning. I strongly believe this treatment was influenced by racial bias. Families of color, be aware this practice does not provide respectful or patient-centered care.

Dr. Wang and her team are so nice and supportive. One of my sons seems to be prone to cavities and he's also a bit nervous about people doing things to his mouth and shots. We waited as long as we could to treat the cavities, monitoring them closely along the way, until he was older and could tolerate the procedure. Dr. Wang gave me options, listened to my concerns, and supported what made me most comfortable. We worked with a therapist on helping my son with his fears and then started the process of treating the cavities. Dr. Wang has been so supportive and helpful in getting him through... she really cares about wanting kids to have good experiences at the dentist so they won't have a lifelong fear and have good teeth. I have really appreciated her partnership in developing a plan that is best for him. My boys enjoy coming here because they get to watch shows they want to on tv and get little prizes.

We were cash paying patients since we did not sign up our daughter for dental insurance during open enrollment. Oops. Dr. Jun worked with us and was incredibly generous, and we are very grateful to have found her. Everyone we worked with including the dental assistants, Melanie at the front desk, and Dr. P (the anesthesiologist) were just all so wonderful. So caring, and again, just all good people. The warm smiles and friendly greetings of the front desk are second to none. They really strive to know the patients and make everyone feel relaxed and welcomed. Unlike many offices, they tend to be on time and minimize wait times which I really appreciate! The Hygenists and Asssistants are absolutely top notch. So far, the Dentists themselves are THE BEST we've encountered! I really admire the calm demeanor and the respectful way that they interact with the patients and staff. I've been very impressed with the dentists skills and efficiency. From the numbing shots to the procedures themselves, patient comfort is their highest priority. The facilities are very modern and well maintained with technology to improve every aspect of the experience. I also appreciate that they provide a full range of services in-house including implants!
