I was also very impressed with the ethical side of this company I ordered some things that weren't necessary. Bryan talked me out of them when he could have just done with it and made some extra money. Bryan told me they weren't necessary. There are probably cheaper prices out there but you could pay cheaper and have it done twice or you can pay a little extra and get it done once. I prefer to have things done right the first time in the results in the photos posted below speak for themselves. The hours are pretty flexible and I recommend calling ahead of time just to make sure he can access your neighborhood because he does pull a trailer so it's best if you're in a townhouse or a townhome to coordinate with your neighbors but because of his quick professional service it won't be blocked up for long. I think he outdid himself on my grout cleaning and did a better job than he thought he would do. It looks brand new. You did a great job! He rescheduled twice, then showed up at 7:00PM the day he was supposed to do the job. He showed up with his girlfriend and his 20 year old economy car with the trunk stuffed full of tools. He is not personable at all and I suspect may have a few "issues." I let him do his thing because I had a tenant ready to move in. When I arrived the next day it looked like a 3rd grader finger painted the sink and tub then threw sand in it. Shawn stated that he could't control the dirt that blew out from under the sink faucet when he sprayed. Well, that was his first shot at insulting my intelligence. Yes you can, you blow it out with a blow nozzle first. After promising to fix it and sand and buff the tub he made it look "OK." However, before re-caulking and replacing the drains he insisted to be paid. I told him to finish the job! He did what he needed to do and I was glad to get rid of him and not have to deal with this crackhead. Well, 10 months later and the sink is cracking out and 3/4 of the tub finish has peeled off and my tenants have to keep their kids from eating the acrylic chips when they bathe them! I attempted to contact Shawn several times and no response. I am hiring a different company to fix his mess. The only way Davis Brothers obtained a a 5.0 rating is obviously through fraud.

Walking away on the day of left me in a stressful position having to find a replacement last minute. I would not recommend - go with someone reliable who is not going to change their mind on a whim cause they're having a bad day. EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense.
