In order to get a feel for it, we came to Called2Arms to try out a few different guns and try out the one I wanting to purchase. You pay to rent the gun and for ammo. You must have an ID and need to fill out the paperwork prior. You must have eye wear and ear plugs, available for purchase. You can also purchase a Target or they supply the first one free. They have a staff member in the range to ensure safety and help answer any questions. It was a cool experience. If you're looking to purchase your first gun I'd recommend going to a gun range to try it out before you purchase it.

SOME of the staff are very friendly and super knowledgeable. Big variety of firearms and parts/accessories. Cons: The rest of the staff look miserable aren't very welcoming or friendly. Ammo is more expensive than other places in the area. They also don't allow any firearm that THEY deem may not be "compliant". If I have all the correct paperwork for my firearms and have legally acquired them, I don't see why I'd be rejected. Will keep giving them a try for now.

I really like the target controls with with a digital readout as to how far out the target is located instead of trying to line it up with a marks on the floor. Staff is always nice. The range is hidden behind some farm area off the main road, so be sure to keep your eyes open for the small dirt road that will lead you to the range. As soon as you enter the gates, you'll see the pistol range and if you head straight in, you'll see the longer distance range. You'll need to be a member or with a member to access the range. All the members I interacted with during the match were very down to earth, friendly, and outgoing! There were also some newer shooters and the members were very helpful in making sure they felt comfortable.
