The "guy" at the front desk is unhelpful, slow, and just plain rude. He is useless and has no customer service skills. He is unable to answer simple questions. Each time I've brought my car in and drop it off, I have had to call 5-6 hrs later only to find it's been ready for hours. No communication at all. When I go pick up my car, he cannot explain what they did or why. I am always charged the higher amount and when I try to find out why, all he can do is walk off and try to find someone to answer questions. And then they come in and speak to me like I'm an idiot. I have a feeling they have dishonest practices- esp upselling women. This time I brought my husband who didn't fall for their false explanations. He agreed- they are dishonest and rude. Even though they are 3 minutes from my house, I will drive to Hendo or Sburg so I don't have to go back.

I thought that seemed odd but went ahead...the next time I needed brakes they told me I needed 4 calipers and rotors again...when I asked they said they do that on all brake jobs. Said I'd never go back and needed a tire plugged. After hours of waiting they told me I needed 3 new tires so they wouldn't plug the one that had a hole...I bought these tires less than 6 months ago. I did not need new tires. I will not under any circumstance ever take a vehicle to Pierce's again. These guys are the reason so many auto repair shops get a bad name...beware before you go that you will be up-sold on everything!

That was fine with their client! Joe arrived thirty minutes later, with all the tools necessary to work on a large commercial vehicle. Wet pavement and a little mud was no barrier. He quickly and efficiently changed two tires, and I was offered an array of ways to pay over the phone. This was the rest of the marathon. My cards were all flagged for unusual activity...not surprising for a large transaction out of state. They were so patient with me as I tried multiple cards, called my bank, and finally got it fixed on my end. They accept Apple Cash which was easy to do on my phone. I asked for an air hose at one of the bays. The guy working there looked at the tire and quickly saw a jagged piece of glass in the tire. He stopped what he was working on and got an inside patch on my tire in a half hour and I was on my way. I really wasn't expecting much when I stopped but was really happy with the quick and friendly service I got. And at a great price.
