Some of the cookwares are good but some of them are way overpriced…read more I have a rice cooker with them. This place, of course, carries only their own brand, Pacific. When you go in, there are a total of maybe 7-8 different models in the store. There are also misc cookware that you can purchase towards the back of the store. The sales lady asked if it was for our personal use or rental property. Since it was for personal use, she only showed us 2 models. I mean, she was pretty nice, but we wanted choices to select from. When we asked to see the others along the wall, she didn't want to show us and just says that it's cheaper models and not as suitable for personal use. Mostly for rental properties where you would replace more often. I can understand that, but since the cheapest of the 2 models she showed us was about $600, We still wanted to see all the options. But nope, she insisted for us not to even look at them. So, in a way, I felt like she was just pushing the 2 most expensive ones to us. We looked at other places after we left there and found the exact models she showed us. It costs less in other stores and we were told that those are older models and there are better newer ones. Why wouldn't their own retail stores carry or show us the newer models?

So I'm not happy with the bike so on 9/18/25 a couple days later go back to Best Buy to return the bike. They tell me that they will return scooters but they will not return E bikes. I told them nobody told me this at checkout. They told me there is nothing they can do so I'm warning all consumers do not buy e-bikes from Best Buy. They sell trash and you cannot get your money back now I'm stuck with something I'm afraid to ride or let anybody ride because they're gonna get hurt or even killed. And when I went in found out that they lowered the price again. The bike was an extra hundred dollars cheaper and they did not offer to reimburse me an extra hundred dollars even though I bought the bike four days ago never shopping at Best Buy again

It's debatable. 3 stars? 4 stars? Came by on Monday 6:30pm, to purchase garden soil 5/$10, but it…read morewas all sold out. I was walking towards the garden gate, female sale associate was pulling down the gate. I asked her if she's able to check when they will refill on stock. She asked if I like to come in and she can ask the guys. My mom and I went in, she closed the gates and forgot about us. I don't know where she left to. I found a young male associate (20-25, round fair skin baby face), asked him, he was very detailed. Told me they will receive shipment tonight and about 2000 in stock. Came in next morning at 9:30am, only 14 bags were left! There was an older Hispanic associate, asked if I'm able to purchase the rest of them. He didn't understand me, pointed towards the register. I went to the register, asked the lady there (Amelia), am I able to purchase the remaining bags? She said yes. I did ask if I'm able to purchase 20 in total and they save the 6 bags for me to come pick up the next day, she didn't understand my question. I didn't want to keep explaining. So I just purchase the 14 bags. With receipt in hand, I asked the older Hispanic associate if he can help bring the bags to my car. Bags were on a flat bed. I wasn't sure if I can take the flat bed or what..??? He told me no he can't. I went back to Amelia, I asked if there's someone that can help me bring the soil to my car. And she sounded surprised that I needed help. I waited 5-10 minutes until someone came to help me. Another male associate, 23-28 oval face glasses ear length wavy hair told me I can pull up my car right by the gate and have the trunk open and he'll load the soil in. He notice one of the bags had a tiny hole in it. He told me he's going to come back with adhesive tape and seal the hole. He was really nice and professional.

The "proof" of delivery photo in the confirmation email shows only the 2 items, NOT the missing 3 items. Called customer service, navigated ridiculous phone menu, finally got through and agent disconnected my call. Called again, same thing finally navigated through phone menu, got through to an agent, disconnected. Tried customer service chat, after 45 minutes back and forth (multiple times I had to ping "hello" to the agent after a LONG pause with no response), agent said my remaining items would be delivered. They were not. Did a chat to support again next day, chatted with agent, agent seemed to be helping me, but 45 minutes later, chat stopped working, no refund, no items, unable to connect with any agents via chat. Called customer service. Over 30 minutes later, agent said he tried calling the store and store wouldn't pick up so he told me I would have to call the store myself - that I would have "more time" to do so. Asked to speak to his supervisor, supervisor "Chris" disconnected the call. Called the store, phone rang for 37 minutes straight, finally someone answered. He said he would see to it that my items are delivered and would knock some off the bill. We will see. If you choose to order anything from homedepot.com, good luck to you. Worst customer service experience I've had in years.

He made it so easy to plan this event for large group of 18. We had constant communication leading up to the event and on the day off everything was executed exactly as planned. Adam is kind, patient, and honestly his guided succulent workshop was therapeutic as well as fun! He was happy to take questions and just generally meshed really well with our diverse group. Everyone felt at ease and comfortable with him. He gave us plenty of ideas and inspiration for our arrangements. All the supplies he provided were amazing and there was so much variety to choose from. Would highly recommend him for your next team building event. The entire group was happy with everything!

Scheduling and coordinating the event was a breeze -- Adam is incredibly responsive over email and easy to work with. The tea kits arrived packaged BEAUTIFULLY and securely, and were clearly of high quality. I was further impressed with the how Adam lead the tea tasting event over video call -- he was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable! He personalized everyone's individual tea tasting according to what teas they had selected, which greatly impressed us. He walked us through the history and background of the teas we were sampling, and at the end of the session he gave lots of practical advice on how to continue storing our teas for future use. I would absolutely recommend Adam's workshops to anyone looking to plan a (virtual) event -- the combination of how amazing, high-quality, and thoughtful the workshop experience is, along with Adam being wonderful to work with to coordinate the event setup -- makes me give a solid 5 star rating.
