3 stars, grade C, sadly passing. As much as I wanted to like this place, the guy there was super friendly, I can't give them an A rating. I brought 3 watches in for battery replacement. First of all, they charge double for battery replacement saying they are Swiss batteries, which I just took begrudgingly. 2 of the 3 watches were fine, no issue. The third one was working when I walked out but then stopped. I brought it back the next day and the nice man changed it out again. However, when taking it home, it stopped again. I was baffled thinking possible maybe my watch actually broke mysteriously without me knowing as it sat on my bedroom dresser. Sad, since it was a gift from my late mother, I decided to give it to my aunt to take it to her trusted watch/jeweler guy, elsewhere, to take a look at it. Turns out the battery they put in here twice was the wrong battery, and thus stopping the mechanism. I understand maybe an honest mistake the first time, but it should have been caught when I brought it back. It's a good thing, I took it elsewhere. My aunt paid her watch guy half the price for the new battery, but sadly he threw the other one out so I couldn't take it back. I am down $21 for that incorrect battery not to mention the hassle and let down. read more

I was so excited to see the banner that we were having a watch company open up in our town! I was given a beautiful Citizen eco-drive watch that needed several links to be removed for a better fit. The guy told me the earrings I purchased were 18K gold, they were 10K gold. He quoted me a price for the earrings, and when ringing up my purchases, he added $5 dollars more to the earrings. They were right! Had they not caught that, I may have lost my diamond. I just went back in to get a watch fixed because I'd dropped it, and they did that plus cleaned my ring, free of charge. I went here last week with a new Citizen, gift me as a Christmas gift. I had very little idea how to set it or even work the band. Vic spent the time with me to get me straight, set it up, all the while knowing he wasn't going to charge me for the service. I handed him an older watch that I thought needed a battery. He popped it open, cleaned out the dust, reset it and handed it back, again no charge, working like new. The stock in the store is fabulous, including new pocket watches, for those so inclined. Vic is an AMAZING jewelry repair man!! I needed my infinity diamond wedding ring sized up a size and a half (an infinity ring has channel diamonds all the way around, there is no space between the two rows of diamonds that wrap around the ENTIRE ring). He said "no problem!". I was skeptical that he'd be able to size it with out a flaw and/or missing diamonds. But Holy Toledo! He added four diamonds with the same cut and clarity and I cannot TELL where he added them. The ring is perfectly smooth and now I can wear my sparkly wedding band which I hadn't worn in almost a year because it was too small. Thank you Vic!!! I am now a loyal costumer and have taken several pieces of jewelry there to be fixed and sized. Went in about a half hour after it opened on a Saturday. Interesting collection of clocks, watches, and jewelry. Some of the jewelry looks antique. I went for a watch battery for one I haven't worn in many years. It was fixed quickly. I waited about 15-20 minutes only because there was a person ahead of me. Total charge was a reasonable $14. I don't give it 5 stars because it is located in a mini mall--difficult to enter and exit and difficult to find and get into a tight parking space. I was in luck as someone was just pulling out when I arrived. I never like to shop where ample parking is not available. I didn't know til I got there what a squeeze it would be. Still, I'll probably go back as I can see that the watch will need a new band soon and the man gave good service. read more
