They ruined it, tried to hide it, and then still charged me for the cleaning. On top of that, their laundry pricing is misleading. The website clearly says $3.99/lb, but when I went to pay, they tried to charge $5.99/lb. When I pointed out the online price, they literally asked me, "How much do you want to pay?" and then randomly settled on $4.99/lb. Dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE BELOW: You must be referring to someone else. Most of the embroidery places we talked to wouldn't touch the job for less than about $20 *PER BELT*. Eventually, we called Red Lotus Martial Arts Supply and they suggested we contact MK Image Line. We went to the shop on Miramar Road and were impressed by the large number of embroidery machines running down the side of the room. When we first came in, Mr. Joseph Lee, the owner, was in the process of loading each machine with a baseball cap. Mr. Lee was super friendly and after we showed him the belts and described what we wanted done, he said no problem. We settled on a price of $50 for the *WHOLE JOB*. Sweet! True to his word, they were ready in three days and turned out perfect. Given the care he took with our small job, I wouldn't hesitate to trust him with a much bigger order in the future.

The owners are kind and attentive. Their care for my clothes has been dependable and excellent in quality. I have also used their mail service for packages here and there over the years. It feels great to be able to trust and rely on a local, community business. And their cleaning doesn't leave any residue or artificial smell on your clothes. It's also a fair, reasonable price for cleaning (pay when you drop off for a slight discount). They've also helped me with small repairs and alterations to clothing over the years. Highly recommend!
