We've come here plenty of times and have always been impressed with the job they've done. This most recent visit was no exception - I'd gotten a "certified pre-owned" sports coat from Goodwill for the Halloween costume I'm crafting, and as such wanted to get it spruced up. So, off to Your Cleaners, and $7.25 and a couple of days later, my new jacket looked and felt great. This Dry Cleaners has been in Mira Mesa for years and it's the only one that I use. The are located in the heart of Mira Mesa in the Mesa Shopping Center. This is where SeaFood City and McDonalds is are located. The staff here is always friendly and the cost is reasonable. Service turnaround time is usually about 3 to 4 days, which again is reasonable and what I expected. They offer alterations as well, but I have never tried that service. The attention to detail is much appreciated. We recently took my daughter's promo dress to be cleaned. There was a good amount of caramel that was dropped on it and created a pretty good stain. They lady looked over the dress, and before I could point it out, she had already spotted the issue and made me aware that they would do their best on it. She asked for an extra day to clean so that they could really work on it. I appreciated this so much. When we picked up the dress a week later, it was perfect! read more

A no frills dry cleaner spot with extremely fast service. They finished my piece in half the time they expected! However, the pricing is not clear. When I dropped off my item, I was quoted for a jacket but when I went to pick it up, someone else rang me up and charged me for the coat pricing which was double the price. I've had 3 experiences with this cleaner at Mira Mesa area, the first time I gave them couple of shirts that were not really dirty and didn't need much spotting so I received them back with not much issues despite they didn't do a good job on ironing the shirts and I could see a minor wrinkles still on them, but I showed flexibility and that led to second time giving them business, I brought them 2 men's pants to dry clean, I showed the women at customer reception couple of spots that needed a possible spotting and noticed she just says "Okay" but doesn't even bother to put sticker on the spots I was showing her! I thought she's just genius enough to remember spots! But when I received the pants I noticed the spots looking untouched, and they're even more visible due to clearing the rest of the sections caused by regular washing! When I asked the attendant why dirty spots were still there and even more visible, she rudely responded: "We Did Our Best"! August 15th 2023 was the last time I took 4 expensive pants to that so-called "YOUR CLEANERS"! (Such a ridiculous and meaningless name!) I was showing dirty spots where been the only reason I brought those pants to drycleaner I notice she not only is not putting a sticker on the areas I'm showing her but she wasn't even looking at those dirty spots I'm showing! But her mean eyes are locked on my face giving me a dirty look instead! At that point I 100% assured that they're definitely lying about doing any spotting at all on people'sgarments! Because how in a earth you can remember dirty spots on 4 pants without even watching those spots??? Unless you lie about spotting and you don't spot the garments at all! I took my pants off her hands and left their deceiving shop for good! I found that such so-called "YOUR CLEANERS" also has no value for the customers because every time a customer walks into their shop it takes several minutes before the front desk woman which always doing something in the back walks close to front where customers are waiting in a hot weather with garments in their hands and those ignorent low IQ women never even apologizing the customers for being so ignorent and unprofessional! I drove couple of intersections farther in Mira Mesa and gave my garment to a cleaners called "Excellent DryCleaner" And I found Price, Reception, Quality and Care I was expecting and I recommend you to try Excellent DryCleaner once and you'll never go back to such a horrible quality Your-Cleanets shop again! I want and deserve a refund. I came in for a pants tailoring, I needed the waist to 30, length to 30 and a slim fit all around. I had to ask twice their since the bald guy kind of measured fast. When I picked it up and paid $44 and tried it on, the waist was still huge, the length was still long and it was not slim fit at all. It's like they didn't do anything!! Literally scammed. Post-wedding, we needed to get all our clothing dry cleaned from a reputable place, and after reading all the reviews, we chose to come here! We brought in a tuxedo set, shirts, a vest, and my wedding gown to be dry cleaned & preserved. We also brought in a Burberry trench coat & a long wool coat to be cleaned after a trip to Europe. I think everything was $70ish (not including the wedding gown, see below). Service was efficient, professional & polite. After calling many other cleaners, this one sounded the best to us. Wedding gown cleaned & preserved in 2 boxes (!) for under $200. My dress had about 5-6 layers, beading, sequins, rhinestones, buttons, lace, etc. Affordable considering one high-end place trying to charge me almost $600. A woman told me she had her dress preserved here almost 20 yrs ago & it still looks great w/ no yellowing/damage. Very cool service & sounds like it will be worth it! read more

I've only ever used 'Your Cleaners' when I need any dry cleaning done. They do a great professional job in a timely manner. Hell, one time, I even brought in my car's sun visor to have its' fabric replaced!! Took my wedding dress in for cleaning. Used a coupon which stated the cleaning would be $90. Once I got there, they said it would be $100 including the box, though from my memory the coupon was $90 including the box. I agreed to $100 as it is still a reasonable price. The service was quick (took less than a week). The box it came in was huge!!! It took up my whole back seat! Once I open it the dress it was clear the dress was not displayed well at all (see pictures) and as soon as I opened it, I noticed a piece of hair inside the box!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to open the box and the wrapping to take the hair, deeming the box and protectant wrap pointless!!! Probably won't even keep the box (that I paid an additional $10 for) because it's so huge and I had to tear it a bit to take the hair out of it. All in all, I gave it 2 stars because the redeeming factor was the cleaning in itself. My dress looks decently cleaned (not perfect condition but still good). When I brought my jersey to Your Cleaners I thought there was no way that they could salvage my favorite jersey that went through hell on a camp ground. I crossed my fingers and hope for the best, not expecting a miracle when I dropped it off. I just wanted a semi -clean jersey I could hang in my closet. A day later, when I came to pickup the jersey I was floored: Someone had breathe new life into my favorite jersey.It was like brand new! I was so happy that I even offered to tip but was gently refused by the owner who said that he just wanted my continued business. Wow! There are 2 lessons learned from all of this. I needed my pants altered and had an early flight to catch next day. I got there with 30 minutes to spare and they were kind enough to accommodated me last minute. For 18$ I got my pants tapered. Love this dry cleaners, besides there amazing delivery service they also do a fantastic job. First and foremost I haven't had any broken buttons, and anyone who dry cleans on a regular knows how that's a common issue. The customer service is great, they make me feel right at home. Secondarily, I have had a custom suit altered there they did a great job, they didn't ruin my original lines stitching which makes a customer so unique. Raquel is amazing and so so kind! I bought a sweater i was in love with for forever and within the first day i got candle wax all over it and i tried every trick on the internet to get it out but the black wax wouldn't come off the white sweater- it even started to stain pink. I walked in there and she told me she may not be able to get it out but then said "let me try something" and left for maybe 5 minutes? When she came back the stain was lifted. The fact that she even tried was enough for me but i was so pleased to have it back so soon and in near perfect condition. During this time of the holiday season it can be easy to be stressed and I'm sure they have other more important orders to do but the fact they got me in and out so quick while being polite was like a cherry on top! I had recently bought a medium suede leather jacket off Craigslist for $25, but I was swallowed with extra fabric wearing it. I brought it here, and the alterations manager was really honest with me, he didn't want to make it seem like it would be perfect and told me it was a labor intensive piece. So I went to a different alternations business, and they told me, surprisingly, to go back here. Although the alteration costed 4 times of what I paid for the jacket, I thought it was worth it because the jacket itself was worth more than $250. He ended up doing the job within 3 or 4 days, and did it perfectly to my eye, I couldn't even tell it was ever a different size. This guy definitely knows what he's doing. If you have a really difficult piece to fit, it will be a bit expensive, but he's the only guy to come to in Mira Mesa. I will stop by whenever I need something to look perfect. read more

I love this mom and pop store. I usually swing by to bring in my suits or Chargers jersey. They are always pressed and clean when I pick up. Quick turnaround dry cleaning at decent prices. Like others have said, you can typically pick your clothing up 2 days after dropping it off. I have been using them for about a year and have been happy with the treatment of my dress shirts and pants. I didn't know about the pennysaver ad or VIP card but will defiantly give them a try. I have also tried the onsite tailor and he did a great job on my pants. I believe he charged around $10 to hem the legs. Not really sure if this is a good price or not. read more
