They had the best prices and they are the sweetest kindest people I've ever met. I hope they'll be here a long time and if they aren't, I hope their kids or family members will take over because this place is a jewel to find. I love the vintage feel it's old-fashioned, which is really cool. An old parking lot with big shady trees and inside beautiful kind people who will dry clean your clothes perfect. I've never seen my clothes so clean. I can't even believe it because the place I went to before was famous for cleaning clothes in an environmental way And then they closed down. I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. I don't regret the drive. I really love this place and I will be a good customer here for years and years to come.

Having just moved to Canby I thought I would give these guys a try. When I walked in with the shirts I was immediately greeted. "Those will not be done until Thursday"! I felt immediately like this was the wrong way to let a customer know when to pick up. Keep in mind that I dropped off on Tuesday and a Thursday pickup was actually totally acceptable. When I came in on Friday morning to pick up everything went well. Roughly $14 for 6 shirts not too bad. When I started to open my vehicle to hang them up I did notice that the hangers were backwards from any other dry cleaners that I have ever used. I thought this was a little bit strange but I had no choice but to roll with it. When I unpacked the shirts hung the incorrect direction in my closet of course, I did notice that they did not use any plastic clips, paper tags in the button holes, or plastic collar holders if that is what you call them. I was pleased with this actually I don't like having to remove tags from all of my shirts individually while installing them onto my body. After a few days when I got to the third shirt of the bunch I noticed a crease ironed into the front of my shirt.... sorry guys you had one job..... I was really unsure about using them again prior to this finding however I do not have time to deal with this type of mistake.

I was told they would be done either Tuesday or Wednesday after 3. I wanted untill Wednesday to pick them up. When I arrived the man could not find the duvet or shams. I happened to look over and saw them laying on a counter unwrapped. I asked if they had been ironed, he told me "yes." I had noted they were neatly folded, I did not notice they had not been ironed until I got home and ready to put on the bed. I had to iron a king sized duvet, and the pillow shams. The bed skirt and pillow covers were done up in plastic and had been cleaned and ironed. The bill for the total was $73.00, Needless to say I will not be going back there again.
