They were so professional and efficient and knowledgeable that it was just another really smooth job. Gallaghers really needs a lot more than five stars - they really are that good in every aspect across the board. The guys explained everything that was going to happen and what they were going to do right off the bat, and this company is really a role model as to how customer service should operate. I'm not going to lie, it is a little bit of a financial hit when you have to have a new system installed. But it is quite obvious when you deal with Gallaghers that you are absolutely getting your moneys worth. Of course the product is first rate, but everybody from the dispatchers, to the techs, to the installers really make you feel like you are in fact a valued customer. It really is a big job to install such a large system, but my ranch was absolutely spotless when they left. I had briefly considered using another company in spite of my long-standing relationship with Gallaghers, thinking that I might save a little bit of money, but that would've been a huge mistake. I called the owner, and said, "Well we did do the work, so we should be paid." I said, "No, I want my money back! He said he couldn't do that! I couldn't believe it. He then offered a used blind he had to replace one of mine saying "This is a $300 blind, and you can have it for $100" I'm like"you have got to be kidding, right? I just want my money back!" We argued back and forth, and I said I have never been charged by a business if they couldn't do a job. I finally gave him $50.00 for the used blind. I brought it home, only to find that I had been swindled again, the blinds had stains on them! What he does is give you the blinds wrapped up for transporting so you cant really see if they are clean. SO if you ever use this guy, ( which I highly recommend you DON'T) never accept blinds that are wrapped up. Always inspect them before paying.

He did not go into the dryer vent main line, he went through the dryer itself which is something I could have done myself. My pellet stove... his "service and cleaning" included cleaning the bowl and the pipe. Keith did not go through the top of the piping of my home, he went through the opening of the inside of the pellet stove, he did not clean the unit nor did he inspect it. He did exactly what I do myself and charged me $200 for less than 30 minutes of work. I have pictures of his work or lack there of. When I texted Keith his response was defensive, when I responded with pictures he essentially told me off and to never contact him again. Very rude and unprofessional and poor quality of work. I am a single working mother and $325 is a lot of money for me. Highly disappointed and will be filing a BBB complaint and will never use his service again.

They custom make metal covers for the condensation pipes outside, and they look really sharp and clean. Most importantly however, it works great - very quiet and efficient.
