Came to this spot that recently opened. They are labeled as Food Hall. There are two different places inside (Double Tap Tap House and Atlas--neither of which have I found listed on Yelp as of yet), but apparently you can order from either menu at either counter. You order and pay at the counter and they bring food to you. The lady that took our order was nice, but seemed like she had a lot going on. It's an open space with several different types of seating from normal table seating, to comfortable group seating with sofas, chairs, and tables similar to coffee tables, as well as a few booths. Cocktails look interesting, but we did not partake. Went with an order of fish and chips and a club sandwich. To add steak fries to the sandwich was an extra $2. Fish was beer battered, the appearance was done well--unfortunately, the batter was not thoroughly cooked so removed most of it. Asked for cocktail sauce, but it never came out. The club sandwich was just okay. Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and garlic aioli on sourdough. During the day, the menu is mostly sandwiches and burgers. Prices for such are a little higher than we like to pay for the quality of what was delivered. Overall mediocre experience. Not sure if we would return.

Really beautiful space inside and out. Looking forward to the outdoor area when it gets nice out. Had tater tot nachos and they were delish. Need to come back to explore more menu items. Talked with one of the owners and he was very kind. Outdoor space has heaters and heated tables. Would love if they were open later than 8p during the week...Olympia needs more weeknight spots!

Confusing AF! Our friends invited us to Altitude 15 to celebrate their nuptials. They were under the impression that when they rented the place out that it would be a private party. We were informed the day before the reception that we would be separated into a section of the venue as they had two other parties going on at the same time? One was an award ceremony and the other was a pre-planned public pub crawl. Whatever the case, they didn't divide the place up very efficiently and people from other parties kept wandering into each other's spaces. The pub crawlers came in packs and instead of corralling them from the door straight to the right side of the bar, they had them march right through the middle of the joint. The place has two food service areas. One (that seemed closed) looks to be a sandwich counter and the other is the bar where you order both your food and your drinks. It took my wife nearly an hour to order due to the enormous line of people all with the same goal. They had people bringing food out, but those people looked overwhelmed and did not seem happy to be there. They frequently forgot to bring silverware and napkins with the food and one guy in particular would throw your order down on the table near you and without a word, turn around and walk away ignoring all of the folks trying to get his attention for silverware and sides of sauce etc. No one comes around taking orders, so if you wanted another drink, you have to stand in the hour-long line all over again. Once the food came, it was very disappointing as well. My wife ordered a ribeye rare and while the meat looked rare when she cut into it. It literally tasted well done. I had a bite to confirm it and I'm not sure that it was a ribeye after all. It tasted like a roast, and it was also covered in brown gravy which she doesn't really like but getting the servers attention was nearly impossible. A good steak will never need gravy! Our friend had the fish n' chips and said it was almost inedible. The best thing on the table were the two appetizers that I ordered but we think that's because it's a little hard to mess up some deep-fried tater tots and zucchini fries. Everyone in the reviews is raving about this place because of the cool vibe, furniture and decor but where we sat was at a wobbly table that seemed to be fashioned from a cheap hollow-core door in stools that felt like they were trying to push you off of them. The place does have some couches and lounge chairs, and the decor is unique with the color changing L.E.D. lights but if I'm going to pay for parking, there better be some great service and at least decent food. The only thing that I was really impressed by is the photo on the wall by the washrooms that shows what the place looked like as a garage back in the day. If you're looking for a venue to rent for your event, make sure you know the details ahead of time and if you like good food, maybe try someplace else. That said, I always encourage folks to try it for themselves because we all don't share the same tastes. Thanks for reading. Cheers! P.S. I took most of my photos at the end of the night after the place had cleared out a lot.

Citrus kale salad, and a glass of rosé.

I just stopped by for a quick lunch and was greeted immediately by very friendly staff. I ordered the kale citrus salad and it was fresh and flavorful. I also had a glass of rosé, which was a generous pour. The set up is modern and comfortable with a variety of seating options.

Exceptionally friendly and efficient service. I had the jalapeño burger and hubby had roast beef sandwich w tots. Burger and tots were good. Would be nice if roast beef came with horseradish side. 12 minutes from time of order to food arriving. FYI when you slam a brand new restaurant for the food being slow to come remember it takes a bit to iron the kinks out. We came about 5-6 weeks in and service was speedy! Cute venue and patio will be great in better weather

    My sandwich, with "no mayo".

I work downtown, and my husband went to altitude 15 to get me a club sandwich. It was ordered dry, with no mayonnaise. When he brought it to me, it had a healthy amount of mayo on it. He brought it back, completely whole and untouched, to ask for it to be remade and they refused. That's just bad customer service and a weird hill to die on.

Next best was the bread - it was perfectly soft inside with a crispy crust. Between how oily the dish was and my nose running from the increased spice as I continued eating, I wouldn't return for this dish. The eggs weren't noticeable in appearance or taste- I had to search for them. The "creamy grits" were creamy, but the black pepper taste was STRONG. Definitely ordered the side for the "creamy" factor, hoping when the server said harissa in the eggs would have a mild spice, that the grits would calm my mouth. The amount of pepper made this unsuccessful. But if you like black pepper a lot then you'll enjoy them. My son enjoyed the beignet's. The server was also the host and he was kind. It was easy to get his attention when needed. I didn't see anyone with a grin on their face after taking bites of their food. I looked around quite a bit out of curiosity. So for ambiance, kind and prompt service, and the possibilities of the menu I gave it 4 stars. We only tried the few things I mentioned. I did also appreciate the bottle of water ready on every table. Note that there is no kids menu and it's mostly table seating. So maybe try on your own or with other adults, and leave the kids at home?

Cozy atmosphere. There were 3 employees that night, the woman who initially waited on us actually appeared to roll her eyes when we ordered. She seemed pretty rushed and just didn't want to work that night or something. The bartender was friendly and came for our second round and he actually seemed more welcoming and friendly. The drinks menu is a bit small (compared to other nearby bars). We got 5 drinks, one espresso one which wasn't great and the rest were alright. Nothing that made us go "Oh man, try that!" but they weren't bad either. The food, looks better than normal bar food, which I loved. We ordered "Balls of Gibralter" - North African meatballs, which were *SO GOOD*, so delicious EXCEPT the texture. The flavors were all amazing, but it was as if there was too much egg and not enough breadcrumbs because it gave the impression of being wildly undercooked, even though you could see no pink. If they were firmer, they would've been perfect. They seem to have a rotating grilled cheese special I wouldn't mind checking out next time. The ambiance-lovely. The service - meh The drinks - average The food - has a lot of potential

We started with the patatas bravas, gambas pil pil (butter garlic shrimp), oysters (both raw and cooked), and a hummus platter, and everything was excellent. The true standout, however, was the smoked salmon Alfredo--an absolutely incredible dish and one of the best pastas I've had in a long time. We added some chopped jalapeños for extra heat, but honestly, it was fantastic even on its own. The dessert was equally impressive, with a cake that was incredibly moist and the perfect way to end the meal. The wine selection deserves special mention as well. They offer a great variety of Spanish wines that pair beautifully with the menu. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The atmosphere is one of Octapas Café's biggest strengths. The restaurant features a beautiful, spacious dining room, plenty of outdoor seating, and even a private event space for larger gatherings and celebrations. Whether you're stopping by for tapas, seafood, pasta, or wine, Octapas Café delivers a memorable experience from start to finish.

I've encountered her before -- she isn't rude, just not at all welcoming. She asked us to wait for a moment for'something' which turned out to be stocking water bottles and napkins. We felt like an intrusion to tasks she could've worked on after seating us. We asked to sit on the patio in the sun - she seemed annoyed by this but acquiesced. The patio was quaint and the weather helped make it enjoyable.
