While the kids were playing, the owner actually approached them and told them to stop playing with a toy castle. Her reasoning? They were "opening and closing the castle door too much." It is completely ridiculous to police how toddlers interact with toys in a facility that parents pay for specifically so their kids can play. Secondly the place was cluttered. There were toys and junk everywhere. On top of that, the owner reprimanded us because the kids went in and out of the carpeted area "too many times." The entire environment felt hostile. The owner literally hovered over us the entire time we were there, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. A children's play center should be a fun, stress-free environment for families, not a place where toddlers are monitored like they're walking a tightrope. We will absolutely never be back. Save your money and take your kids somewhere where they are actually allowed to be kids.

The jump houses are the main attraction, and my boys absolutely love it here. It's clear the owners put a lot of effort into making the most of the available space. I also love that it's a place for the kids to get off their screens, exercise, and socialize with others. It feels like a real community spot. The arcade is decent--not the best, but it's not bad either. Definitely not the main reason to visit, but it's a nice addition for when the kids need a break from jumping. The food is pretty good as well, so you can spend a good chunk of time here without needing to worry about getting hungry. One suggestion I have for JumpTime is to add more sanitizing stations around the facility. I'm not a germaphobe, and I know kids getting sick is part of growing up, but a few more sanitizing stations would be helpful to reduce the amount of germs they might be exposed to. Some parents even bring gloves and masks for their kids--totally up to them--but I think a gentle reminder to parents to sanitize their kids before jumping in and to bring wipes would be a nice touch. Of course, it's also a good idea to clean them up after playtime too! I think it's great that a place like JumpTime exists, and I really appreciate the owners for having the courage to create such a fun and safe environment for kids to play and interact. It's an excellent spot for active, screen-free fun, and I hope they continue to thrive! The facility was nearly empty, and we were using a regular public table--not a party room or any reserved birthday area. Before arriving, we were told that placing a simple plastic tablecloth on a table so our group could identify where to sit would be allowed. However, after we arrived, management approached us and told us we could not do so. The issue itself was minor, but the way it was handled was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. We did not bring in outside food, did not use a party room, and were not attempting to avoid paying for a birthday package. We simply wanted a place for our group to sit together while supporting the business through admissions, skating fees, and food purchases. The staff members we encountered were generally pleasant, but the manager's behavior left several people feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location for a family gathering or birthday celebration. I hope management will consider treating guests with more courtesy and consistency in the future.

The good old days for sure !! I said this to say that I have always enjoyed skating! Am I a pro- nope - but I still know how to have a good time on the rink! I arrived at the rink 30 minutes prior to them closing for an hour. On Sunday they allow all ages to skate until 6pm. They close and re- open for adult night at 7pm. The price does go up. It costs $15 per person to skate plus the cost to rent skates if you do not own a pair is $6! Now some may say this is expensive . However, if you look at how much you pay for let's say a yoga class - it's comparable. . I say that because you can and will burn calories if you are actually skating! Just look at it like a fun fitness class ! The vibe for the night started off with old school songs being played! When I say old school- I mean songs I did not know! However, as the night progressed the DJ started playing songs I knew. Still not current, but at least songs I know. There appears to be a strategy to the rink. If you know what you are doing you can be in the outside of tink. If you are new to this and may not be a comfortable skater you need to be inside the pink lines. Then the inner circle appears to be for those that are dancing on skates. This is just my observation and I could be completely wrong! All of the patrons were friendly and it felt like a no judgement zone! Everyone was just having a good time! I think we left around 9:30pm and the place was packed!! I did note that they have a bar inside and a small arcade area. This spot would make for a good date night ! I will say that it is giving old school as it relates to the look on this inside ! However, that's what I loved about it! It felt like I was a teenager again! Highly recommend checking out this rink! -- guaranteed good times!

This Bunny Hive location is in the Historic Downtown Smyrna plaza, making it close to many other awesome businesses to check out before/after your visit. There is ample street parking and lot parking behind the building, making it easy to get in and out with your children for your activity. I decided to make use of the free intro offer for The Bunny Hive and easily booked a spot for my son & I at a Saturday session. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ms. Ashley and Ms. Alyssa at the front desk and finished our check-in. We took off our shoes and my son was allowed to enjoy their adorable playroom as we waited for class to start - he loved the play area! We visited for the culinary exploration class and were joined by another adorable kid and her parents for the morning. Miss Ashley was so wonderful! The kids got to use little spatulas to flip "eggs", they learned to arrange their place settings, got a little maraschino cherry treat (which my son loved), and made ice cream. Not real ice cream, but one using yarn, plastic sprinkles and wool balls. Too cute! My son was overly excited and wanted to play helper... even if Ms. Ashley didn't ask for it, lol. Class started and ended with a fun song, bubbles and a parachute fun. My son and I loved this experience and it was such a fun way to start our Saturday together! We will definitely be checking out more weekend events and keeping our eyes out for the fun that The Bunny Hive is making for adults and littles alike.

The classes are a bit pricey especially if you want to attend multiple classes; so I'm appreciative for insurance. When arriving it was difficult for me to initially find the location, since my GPS took me to the back half. I called but unfortunately they did not answer, so I drove around and finally found it. There are a wide range of classes for smaller babies 2-3months to toddlers. The classes include baby massage classes, sensory classes, Daddy and Baby classes, culinary experience, etc. I attended the massage class and sensory I class, both lasted a total of 30 mins and was instructed led. It's a perfect opportunity for SAHP to bring there small babies out and socializing with other adults and a change of scenery. The improvements that can be made is the variety of classes they typically during the day and don't allow opportunities for working parents. I would enjoy if the classes included take home guides of some of the things you can do at home that's similar to what's done in class.
