When the only reason you came was for the Friday night fun jump at a discounted price to finally let your kid try the place for you to just get over charged. The women who originally cashed me out less than 30 mins prioir tried to say i must have said something different to whomever cashed me out. I then informed her it was her and i clearly stated why we were there. She then offered the solution of refunding the cc payment but that will take a few days and then paying another $18 ontop of that resulting in me being out over $50 for something that was supposed to be fun and affordable. Instead of getting my refund that I technically couldnt afford by the time due to not having and extra $18 for my child to continue jumping, I choose to never come back here because this is just ridiculous and an absolute terrible first impression. Save your money and go elsewhere, they just wanna over charge and blame it on the customer! read more

Being the most expensive park in NH, they are charging a full price for children 2+ and won't allow small kids to do almost anything, while not paying attention to older kids running around and doing crazy things. they hire teenagers who don't know their own policies and rules, behave unprofessionally and rude to the guests. the park by itself is rundown, very small and filthy. read more

On December 29 2023 Me and my brother were trying to enjoy our time but it was so busy I was on jumping and all of a sudden some toddler starts crying that i stole her trampoline and told on me and then the parents got mad at me and yelled at me for "harming their childs feelings" and altitude kicked me out for harrassing a toddler for a day and also I cant bounce on any trampolines because screaming Ipad kids just wander off with no awanress whatsoever unbelieveble Dont go on school vacations or other places go when its late so it isnt very busy during the weekends That is just my advice read more

Brought our toddler here tonight and were advised that we have to buy adult jump passes.. even though we're very clearly NOT jumping. We need to go in certain areas in order to keep our kid safe. There's no physical way for us to avoid walking on and around the trampolines. No other jump park we've ever been to demanded that.. or claimed we were somehow a liability by touching their equipment merely walking around it. Just trying to juice any money they can out of people. Who is paying $40+ to escort their 2 (almost 3 yo) around the trampoline park? We have a liability waiver filled out so I believe the liability claim to be baseless. We aren't trying to jump for free. I will never come back to this place again. It's worth traveling to a park that is less run down, with workers who actually pay attention instead of sitting on their phones and chit chatting. They are not even currently watching the kids except to complain to us. I am utterly disgusted. I truly do not complain to businesses often and try not to act like a "Karen" but they put me in this position and ruined our whole night. All to squeeze more money out of us. Kids always love it here. Lots to explore and plenty of fun to be had. I like that they sell food too and there's pickle ball upstairs.

This was the best money that I spent all week. An hour and a half at the trampoline park was a great way for our grandson to get some of that energy out. Next time, I'll reserve even more time. We will definitely be back. read more

We've been to multiple trampoline parks and have never had issues like we did here. I can understand the one person per square thing but I have a toddler with cerebral palsy who wanted to try to jump. He fell over and was having a hard time getting up so I was helping him to his feet and a young male worker yelled at me that it's "one per square". I tried to explain to him the situation but was directed to bring him to another area where there were several people. The other part was pretty empty. This is ridiculous. I wasn't bouncing but trying to help him up! To make matters worse there was a young girl with blood coming from an open wound on her leg bleeding all over. The mother went to the worker and said she didn't have a bandage big enough to cover the wound. The worker didn't direct the girl off the equipment and just let her bleed onto the trampoline area. They should be worried about that! We wasted 120 dollars for our family and I won't make that mistake again. read more

Don't waste your money. The staff (besides the cashier) were rude to 5 year olds. One staff member had her family there and changed rules for her kid. At 7pm they dragged out the vacuum with a long extension cord and left it where any kid could trip. Not a friendly place, very unorganized place. read more

Our family has gone to trampoline parks all over New England and other parts of the country and we have never dealt with more absurd or over the top staff or rules. This is NOT a family friendly establishment. Go to a different trampoline park if at all possible. In addition to being rude two of the attractions were closed. read more

We visited on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. They offered a family deal that was affordable. There was so much variety for my 5 & 7yo. It was a nice change of activity and not your traditional trampoline park. If we lived closer we would visit more often. read more

Great place to have fun for all ages! Just wish the staff was a little more articulate with their directions. 16-17 year olds that work there saying things like "get off" or "stop that" especially to adults comes off as rude and disrespectful. On the other hand, saying things like "please" and "thank you" added into the instruction goes a long way in giving people a environment that they feel comfortable coming back to. read more

My autistic/non-verbal daughter was invited to a birthday party at Altitudes Trampoline Park. We arrived, checked in and proceeded to the festivities. We have never been there before today. I went in with my daughter to try the trampolines. I was approached by an employee, telling me that "only 1 person can jump per trampoline". I told him that my daughter is autistic. He proceeded to tell me we can jump in the Kid's Court. We moved over to the Kid's Court and then a second employee told me "only 1 person can jump per trampoline". I, again told the 2nd employee my daughter is autistic. He just walked away. This place is not disability friendly. We probably won't be returning because my daughter's disability can't be accommodated. read more

The employees were slacking off on their phones and just socializing they were not paying much attention to the kids there were kids just laying in the foam pit while others were trying to jump there was also parents and kids jumping without the correct socks which in their rules states you need them. Just WOW! (In the worst way) .Save your time, money and sanity and skip this place ... just have your kids jump in place at home for free (without the creepy teenager hovering over YOU & your kids barking orders) . Wondering why I wasted time signing a waiver when you cant move anyway. No running, jumping 2 times, boys couldn't play basketball (only one kid allowed), no dodgeball (12& up?) I had to buy an hour to help my boys on the things they were allowed to play on ,then had teens trying to bark orders at me ( I'm almost 50). Wondered why they had a huge sign in front telling you to be nice to staff... now I get it. We were the only ones there. That normally would have been awesome, but the staff made sure that fun would not be tolerated . We all came out of there completely covered in disinfectant (it is clean) and thankful for our freedom. Our house seems like heaven now. Just a quick end note edit... I am in no way blaming the employees for the prison like atmosphere, they have clearly been trained to behave this way. Visited altitude trampoline park while visiting family in NH. The staff here was incredibly rude. We paid for an hour of jump time for our 3 older kids (9,7 and 6). Our 1 year old was walking on and near the trampolines. She is not capable of jumping or really doing anything in the park other than toddling around, but the staff very rudely told us we would have to purchase a jump pass and socks for her. We obliged and paid $15 for her to "jump". At one point she cut in front of someone on a trampoline so I carefully walked across the purple landings between the trampolines. Again staff came over and told me I would need to purchase an adult pass if I was going to be on the platforms. Completely ridiculous to buy a pass and socks to follow my baby around. The rules here go beyond safety and are just nitpicking and money grabbing. We will not be returning to this trampoline park again. Very disappointed. read more

First time we went we had a blast so naturally we went back a second time. The second time was a completely different experience. My husband and my 2 small children (ages 2 & 3) were the only ones in the building and a staff member followed them around closely and kept correcting every little thing my husband did. Too many rules and poor judgement calls. I understand in that environment you have to be safe but every little thing we did was apparently wrong. My husband was trying to help my 2 year old around and he was told multiple times he couldn't because they won't allow 2 people on the same trampoline. I think they need to use some common sense that a 2 year old may need some assistance from a parent. My husband complained to the manager in which her solution was for him to "just leave". Poor management, poor judgement, poor time. Save your money and do something else with your kids. read more

Go somewhere else if you can. This place is kinda a joke. They have a "toddler time" but yet don't separate them from anyone else or any of the things they can't do during that time-ie dodge ball cause everyone knows kids totally don't like playing with balls and they can read that they aren't allowed in there i'm sure... Nothing is blocked off for just them. They have so many rules and just spend the entire time yelling at your kids for things that seem like they should be allowed to do. No running-at all isn't that part of the jumping when your a kid, no more then 1 kid jumping in a square (kids like to play with kids isn't that toddler time), 3 separate foam block areas but there is only 1 place designated for them to actually play in but none of them are sectioned off so they seem inviting. Also they can't take the foam blocks out ( kids love to build with these things) They have no safety in place for kids leaving the trampoline part, falling down stairs or- and running out into the parking lot. The doors are automatic and kids are fast. Water fountain was leaking water all over the place. With all these rules my kid still got hurt by walking off a almost 6 foot ladder that is not attended, if I had been here before I would have known that toddler time is not actually toddler time so I thought something like that would not be available to a 3 year old cause climbing is what they do. This place was massive anxiety for someone with two small kids. I will stick with the Sky zone we go to. read more

A close friend booked a birthday party for a 5-year-old. The first hour is jumping and the kids were called to the table for cake and pizza. Of course they gobbled the pizza up (mediocre at best and EXPENSIVE). Then the cake was retrieved. The candle was 'misplaced' so we blew out an imaginary one. Then we were told the kiddos could NOT return to jumping, rather would have to spend the second hour SITTING at the table. WHAT?!!! Apparently the busy-on-her-phone 'birthday attendant' not only didn't have time to put out waters or cutlery (when we actually saw her) but also mentioned that she didn't like my attitude when we gasped at this 'policy' and quickly pointed to a sign stating that "Altitude employees will not tolerate being mistreated." WHAT?!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We had to purchase an additional hour for each child to ensure the party wasn't ruined. The attendant wandered back over before our party was to end and demanded to know where the kids were. We gladly provided her with a receipt for our newly purchased jump time and she stomped away. Apparently past birthday parties at Cowabunga's, Krazy Kidz, and Chuck E. Cheese have set the bar too high for Altitude. I won't be booking there, EVER! read more
