    Party setup next to restrooms
    Joanna S.

Worst experience ever! Management is arrogant, unprofessional and neglectful! They over booked parties and set us up literally next to the restrooms. Unsanitary! Toilet paper all over the floors while our guests ate pizza and yet they overcharged and wouldn't budge for a discount. Multiple guest voiced there concerns and were told they didn't have time for them. The worst part was they called the cops on an autistic 1st grader instead of having a conversation and informing the parents of the incident to begin with. The party was ruined as they saw their autistic first grade cousin discriminated and told to leave without any questions. Unjust and emotional is how we all left this party! The place seemed overcapacity and they didn't have enough manpower to keep up with the service. Zero customer service!

Missing railings by the stairs where my son fell.

Most of workers are rude to kids. They don't know how to deal with some situations.. when you ask for their names , they just laugh at you.

They ran around and enjoyed the park, but I noticed they started getting bored soon after. I noticed the teenagers stayed on the basketball court. Technically, outside food isn't allowed. However, the agent did let me bring in a small Gatorade. Overall, it's a great place for small birthday parties or burning the kids out on a random Saturday. I just wish there were more variety.

She seemed incredibly confused and panicked by the request. After a while of messing around by her computer she told me that she is new and apologized for the inconvenience and the wait. I asked why management let her work by herself if she's inexperienced and she laughed and said she didn't know. After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks. The actual park was fun and interesting with lots of obstacles and courses, and the party I was with seemed to enjoy their time. However when we got our food it was also a complete mess. Same situation. Untrained staff very quick to throw management under the bus. It seems they hire mostly teenagers, but maybe it was just the day we went. I hope management trains their staff more, because if they did this would have been a very fun night out. Staff was nice either way. Fun park just ran in strange ways.

The manager was constantly checking in--not just on us, but on everyone--which was really nice to see. We also took their recommendation for pizza, and let's just say there wasn't a slice left by the end. The kids had an absolute blast, and the adults actually got to relax a little too...which is a win! Thanks for making it such a fun and easy day. We'll definitely be back!

My sister recently hosted a birthday party at Get Air, and unfortunately, the experience was…read moredisappointing due to several issues that need attention. The biggest concern was the temperature in the party room. We had more than 40 guests in the room, and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There was only one fan available, and when we asked if another fan could be provided, we were told that the additional fan was reserved for guests using the massage chairs. Given that the party room was packed with over 40 people, it seemed like a much greater need existed there than in the massage chair area. The heat became so unbearable that several guests went to their vehicles to retrieve battery-operated fans just to stay comfortable. One family even left the party early because of the conditions. It was clear that the room's ventilation or air conditioning was not adequate for the number of people using the space. Installing blinds on the large window may help reduce heat from the sun, but the HVAC system should also be evaluated to ensure the room remains comfortable for party guests. Another issue involved cleanliness and customer service. One of our party guests became sick and vomited. When the employee who appeared to be the supervisor on duty was informed, his response was disappointing. He appeared irritated and stated that he had another party to attend to and would get to the cleanup later. This was not an appropriate response to a situation involving guest health and sanitation. Based on this experience, I believe this location would benefit from: Additional staffing to properly support multiple parties at the same time. Improved customer service training for employees. An inspection of the HVAC system in the first party room to address the excessive heat. Additional cooling solutions, such as fans and window blinds, to keep guests comfortable. While the children enjoyed the attractions, the overall party experience was negatively impacted by the uncomfortable conditions and lack of responsive customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests. When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.
