My wife booked a party for our child's upcoming birthday. She realized she made a mistake with the time and called several times to discuss the posibility of moving the time. She also emailed several times. Neither her phone calls nor emails were ever returned. She then went in person and just indicated that she would like to cancel the party due to the poor customer service and frustration of the events that occurred and was told that the deposit was non refundable. I then called the location upon her return and actually got someone to pick up the phone. I asked to speak with the manager and the nice associate the I was speaking to indicated to me that the manager was on the phone with another location. I asked for the manager's name, and was told that he could not divulge that information. I just need a first name, not first, middle initial, last name, address, and SSN. I found that request not being met to be fairly odd, though in line with a manager that would not return phone calls or emails. I was given an email of guestservices@altitudelombard.com, which I have emailed and asked for a call back to discuss the deposit. I was told that would go directly to the manager, but I won't be holding my breath for a response, given the level of service we have received so far. read more

I didn't experience any issues during my visit. Then again, we were there on a random spring Saturday without any plans. We kinda just walked in. There were quite a few birthday party's happening. The place is run by teenagers. So it's pretty lax. 3 stars because: - You can only buy/order hot food if you're having a party. - You have to buy/wear their socks (as opposed to bringing in your sticky socks). - The establishment wasn't dirty, but it felt less than clean. Overall, not a negative experience. I'm sure my kids will want to go back. Pro-Tip: If you can see yourself visiting more than often, be sure to save your socks. They're $3 a person. read more

Altitude Trampoline Park has the potential to be the best of it's kind in the area. Unfortunately, they fall short in several key areas. When you first walk in you walk right under the Sky Park (might be getting that name wrong...) where you wear a harness and traverse a course... don't get too excited, it's closed. After you start jumping you see a lot of other fun things to do but... some of the most-fun looking ones are closed! Such a bummer that you can't do Wall Walk, or the leap frog thing, or even jump off a box into the foam pit. Disappointing, especially since we were there during a peak time (a Saturday afternoon). After making your way around you also quickly realize that the "commitment to clean" that is boasted front and center on their website isn't exactly adhered to strictly. I wouldn't describe this place as "filthy" but it certainly could use a cleaning (that is repeated regularly...). It was, however, nice to see "lifeguards" making the rounds to ensure the several tweens/teens didn't get too out of hand with all the little ones running around. So I'll give them that. Ultimately though, I'm left wanting more from Altitude. It has the potential, just needs better execution and follow-through for me to come back. read more

I took my niece and nephew to play here. I have never been in a more disgusting facility. We were there early on a Monday and it was apparent that this place has never been cleaned. Food stuff is all over the floor. My niece picked up a straw and almost put it in her mouth. The trampolines are covered in stains. Worst experience ever! Management is arrogant, unprofessional and neglectful! They over booked parties and set us up literally next to the restrooms. Unsanitary! Toilet paper all over the floors while our guests ate pizza and yet they overcharged and wouldn't budge for a discount. The worst part was they called the cops on an autistic 1st grader instead of having a conversation and informing the parents of the incident to begin with. My daughter told me that they sat in a square and got yelled at for sitting, then the worker told them "you are looking back at us like bitches". My daughter got scared of course and then these same workers told them they would be kicked out and banned. It's obvious these workers were a bunch of bullies. My daughter noticed other groups of kids getting treated like crap too. What a way to spend a Friday night thinking it will be enjoyable just to get bullied by some a-hole workers. We have been members to here for almost a year. It started super nice. We loved it. Since then it has steadily gone down hill and sadly is only getting worse. At the time of this review (March 2022) there are 5 sections of equipment that are unavailable for use for various reasons and some have been this way for months. One of them has never been open since we have members. I highly doubt this place is ever deep cleaned as is with the very least amount of effort. I have been here in the morning as soon as they opened and have found garbage still on tables from the day before and other garbage in the jungle gym and on trampolines. To be honest it's getting to be very gross. The people that work here are nice but only high schoolers and do not care enough to to much about anything when asked or to help when they see something unsafe. There is a railing missing from blocking off a section of stairs and my son was walking and didn't see the drop, fell down, and busted his lip open, all while an employee was standing literally right there and didn't even try to stop him or help afterwords. I give two stars because it used to be great but has greatly gone down hill since. If nothing is done I will update to a one star or 0 star soon. Also, looking over the other reviews on there, almost all are 1 or 2 and all say things similar to what I have said and all the 5 star reviews except for 1 we're all written within the same month...odd. read more

Workers are so rude including the managers there. I dropped off my teens there so they can hangout with there friends and just because they are older and they're a group of kids, they always getting accused of swearing or doing something wrong when there not. Seriously, one of the worker told my kid to stop swearing, when there literally 18 year olds swearing up a storm. Plus, none of the workers do nothing, some of them are on there phone on shift and I see when they give free food at the concession stand. My kids (4 and 7) love coming here, and we do weekly. We've had the month to month pass/membership since July. However, we've never seen the "sky" thing in operation, and it seems that about once a month, one more activity station seems to be closed with no sign of reopening. Still, my kids have made friends here, and they always look forward to each visit. Caleb, one of the employees, deserves props because he knows many of the kids by name, and he really contributes to a good experience for guests. We came here for toddler time only to find out that it's not an actual toddler time. There were big kids, probably around 13 or 14 years old, acting like animals around my toddlers. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they said that they had a designated children's trampoline area, however nobody was enforcing this, and big kids were allowed to jump on it. In addition, this place is absolutely filthy. There are old Kleenex, water bottles, etc all over the place and my socks were actually sticky! I came early in the morning and it was clear the place wasn't cleaned or vacuumed in days. There are no masks enforced. I asked the girl at the front desk, and she said that you only need it if you're sitting around - not jumping, however this was not enforced as at one point I was the only person in the entire place, staff included, wearing a mask. I have been to several area trampoline parks and toddler times and this was the worst place by a landslide. I will never return and do not recommend by any means. read more

Multiple areas have been closed since we have been coming ( Wall walk and the ropes course) it is so dirty every time we have been there. There are foam chunks everywhere. The "monitors" allow Kids to run across the trampoline area, Sometimes allowing kids to run into each other. My son was knocked over in front of a "monitor" and all I got was "hey, it's busy". There's been one "dodge ball" for a couple of months. The "new" ONE they bought was very cheap and the cover fell off. We hosted my sons birthday there today. The kids had a really good time but the actual party experience was lacking. When we got there, the line was out the door. We made it to the counter and were told that the table was in the corner but that it wasn't ready yet. So we went over there and waited for the them to bring the tablecloth and plates/cups but they never appeared. Finally, I went and got the tablecloth, plates and cups and did it myself. We waited for the water to come and it never did, so again, I went and asked and brought it to my table myself. Then, when it was time to eat, I had to check 3 times to see if the pizzas had arrived. Finally, again, I went up and there were pizzas just sitting there that nobody had brought to our table. So, we had lukewarm pizza, that had been sitting there and should have been delivered. Purchased a gift card for my grandson from this joint. No where on the gift card menu did it state that a gift card cannot be used for the monthly membership fee. To boot they charged a 'convenience fee' on top of the gift card that they don't even have to mail - it is e-mailed to the recipient. What a rip off!!! Extremely poor customer service.l! Purchased our tickets online and even did our waivers in advance thinking the check-in would be as smooth as indicated in the confirmation email. Unfortunately, the representative scanned our tickets, glanced at the email-then tells us we bought tickets for the wrong location and we will need to buy new tickets. We ask for a supervisor who also immediately tells us we bought the wrong tickets-we point out we are at the address on this email. He then tells us that we must have bought our tickets from their wrong website?? We would have expected a sincere apology for being repeatedly told our tickets were invalid due to our error when this company can't keep their websites in order, but this never came. We will come right after opening and there is still spills and chunks of food and grossness all over. Obviously they aren't taking the cleaning too seriously. Awful experience. We were here for a birthday party and I wouldn't come back here again. There are signs everywhere stating that masks are required yet not one staff member was wearing a mask so obviously that meant guests were also not going to comply. There were several rude employees, including one that rushed us out of the room with not even a 5 minute warning and another that walked in and yelled "Who's paying for this?!". On top of that all, the tv in the main area right outside of our party room was playing a horror movie that was rated Mature. Visitor beware of your belongings, my grandson went to this place and at the end of the night as he was getting ready to leave , someone had stole his 300.00 pair of shoes with no knowledge from management or staff . Imagine your son calling his parents and let them he has no shoes to go home with . First time visiting and celebrating my son's birthday to this place. The place is pretty nice and big. The reason why i gave this place a one star due to this place is a very unorganized and service really SUCKS. We came in 15mns before it starts the party. First of all they couldn't find my reservation, our table is not set, and it took awhile for our party host to arrive and to give us plates and cups. As soon as she set up our table she never came back. All our guest arrived on time and they all had to line up to check in and get their socks. I wish that our host will just take note and socks size to avoid waisting more time. They lined up over 30mins just to checkin and get their socks. As soon as my guest arrived to our table i told them to have all the kids to start playing while waiting for pizza. Pizza will arrive in the next 1hr and 15 mins. 30 mins later All the kids came back to our table and are thirsty from running around and playing, our host did not come back for our water. All i can do is breathe in and out hehe. They really need to be more organized and be checking their guest what we need. When pizza finally came she only gave water to our jumper not the rest of our guest I am honestly just reviewing their website it says, "Altitude party host * Party setup and clean-up * Pizza for all jumpers * Free bottled water for all party attendees * 1 free jump pass for the birthday boy/girl good for future visit! * 1 free Altitude T-shirt! * Grip Socks for each jumper * Plates, cups, plasticware, & napkins *Tablecloths and Balloons." So... these are the things that she did not provide us: water for the parents, altitude T-shirt for the celebrant and balloons. So it looks like she is supposed to provide us the grip socks. So yea. I am not happy. I just hope that these people would do a better job when it comes to hosting a party. I am not even a very demanding person, all i am asking is they need to provide what the place offers for their guest and when they do their guest will come back and even recommend the place. Oh yeah. As soon as we finished eating our pizza she handed our bills. So, my husband went ahead and paid our bills. Then 15mns later our host came back with black garbage bag and said she is going to clear our table what the F! She honestly does not deserve any tips. I honestly wanted to complain about her but from what i am observing from this place I don't think it will matter. All workers are kids they really need someone to guide and organize the place. I was appalled by the complete lack of safety and no regard for the states mask policy. I understand that getting kids under 5 to stay in a mask is difficult, my complaint is the adults and the staff. I noticed 70% of the adults entering the facility had no masks and I asked if they were making a choice not to enforce masks, the girl checking us in shrugged, and said what can you do. her mask was hanging around her neck. What you can do is offer disposable masks to those who arrive without a mask and remind them that it's required. Then I realized the rest of the staff was mask free. I visited UrbanAir Naperville last week and was so impressed by the staff enforcing masks, distancing and keeping teens out of the baby area. I booked a birthday here for my 5 year old b/c of the great experience we had visiting during toddler time. After booking this party and expecting the same great experience we initially had, the party was a complete frustrating disappointment. After reading other parents negative reviews about their party experience, I can say all of it is true-do not book a party here! We did not receive any of the things promised in booking a party. We never received a birthday t-shirt or jump pass for a future jump. We had to ask our "party host" for water, no decorations, our party host did not communicate with us about anything! We had to keep seeking her out to ask about the food and again bringing water. We paid a lot of money for this party and we did not get what we paid for. I was so frustrated the day of the party-that I just had to let things slide in order to appear happy and have a good time for my kid. Altitude should be ashamed of doing business as they do when it comes to the responsibility of making a child's birthday special. I will not be returning to Altitude and hope others will save their money and book their child's birthday party elsewhere. read more
