I had the coat back in one week and the zipper was replaced with one that works much better than anything North face would have done I am sure. Sisay does incredible work. Second, I was very disappointed with the quality of the tailoring. The fabric was puckering throughout, there was a tear in the back of the dress, he forgot to add a bustle button (and seemed unfamiliar with anything but the basic bustle style), and he took our internal hooks for the straps even though I'd asked him to keep them. I recommend you look elsewhere, especially because the pricing is too expensive for the low quality work.

During the initial fitting she asked questions about how much I wanted taken in on the skirt.
