If you're looking for a tailor, look no further! The guy who works here is extremely courteous and professional. He even repaired one of my damaged shirts absolutely free of charge. When I tried giving him a tip for what a wonderful job he did, he even refused my tip. Rarely has a store ever declined to accept my money - in fact, the opposite usually happens. Most tailors and dry cleaners I've been to charge me for everything, even when they do a poor job. My wife recently had a pair leather of pants altered by Mr. Lee, owner and tailor of White Flint Custom Tailors and she was truly amazed by his quality of work. The pants not only fit great, both the leather and satin lining seams are very professional-looking. It was very impressive work. She asked him to convert her high-waisted pants to a low-rise style by cutting about 2-3 inches off the top but not to worry about re-using the old snap buttons and hook. On top of it, this was all done long-distance through her parents since we Iive in a different state, but he came so highly recommended. Not only was he able make the style-change, he was also able to salvage the original button snap and hook by lengthening the waistband using the remnants he had cut off from the top of the pants. We were thoroughly impressed by his workmanship, especially since leather and satin are difficult fabrics to work with. We were in town for the holidays and were able to meet Mr. Lee and pick up the pants up in person. Not only is he talented in is craft, he is so hard-working and very personable. He says he can alter anything, but specializes in dresses. She peeked at the hem on one of the dresses he had just finished up and it looked like a store-bought hem! So, if you have any tailoring you need done, big or small, we highly recommend you take it to Mr. Lee and let him work his magic on it. You won't regret it! read more

Finding this man was a blessing. I needed a last-minute alteration done to my suit jacket and he was able to turn it around for me on the same day, and press my shirt and pants. I was in such a rush to get to my event that he even let me change in the changing room. A little pricey but very friendly service and solid work. Highly recommend. read more

The best, best, best tailor EVER. Mr. Lee has been able to fix three items I thought could simply be altered at my local dry cleaner. Terrible service. I went in to get 2 pants tailored and one of the pants was still very loose on me. I went back in to show him and he tried bargaining with me. He first tried to get me to pay $35 then as a "favor" he went down to $30. I'm sorry but for that money I can get a couple of brand new pants. Terrible customer service and prices. I was charged $85 to hem a dress and add a small button. When I got home and realized the dress was still too long, I called them and the tailor hung up the phone on me. I went back in person, and he tried to charge me $40 more to do the work and was incredibly rude. Look elsewhere for alterations. read more

I used to use WF custom tailors regularly for years for all my alterations. There was a very professional lady seamstress that was amazing(!) - fixing and altering dresses, and Mr. Lee was doing a reasonable job as well - especially on pants. I used to come there when they were in White Flint Mall and multiple times since they have relocated. However, over the past couple of years I twice had a very bad experience, in which Mr. Lee did an unusually poor tailoring job; when I pointed this out to him - he completely lost it, charged twice to fix the issue, acted rudely, shouted and appeared close to violence while pulling the garment out of my hand. I should have probably learned after the first time it happened. However, after that first time, Mr. Lee did call me to apologize and offered to fix the problem at no extra charge (although he initially asked for double the amount to fix his initial mishap). I thought the call somewhat made up for the experience. I did not go back though for about a year, but decided to give them a second chance this past week - based on some of the good reviews and my own earlier experience over the years. Mr. Lee was the only person in the store; he was rude, charged me once for doing the job poorly, charged me again for trying to fix the problem (the second time around was still not ok - but I did not want to argue or bring it up given the previous experience); at the end he argued rudely over giving me a receipt that I told him in advance that I would need. He shouted, tried to physically grab my receipts out of my hand, and behaved in an erratic way. Given the combination of unusual rudeness (frankly - it was quite scary) and poor tailoring job, I shall not be going back, and do not recommend this tailor shop any more. It is sad, as it was my go-to tailor shop for many years - until these incidents over the past couple of years. read more

I have gone to White Flint Tailors for years, and they have always done my alterations perfectly. The last time I was there, they altered a dress for me while I waited -- just in time for an out of town wedding :) They are a family run business with excellent customer service. They were in the White Flint Mall for many years, but they had to move, because of the mall closing. They are now in the Loehmann's Plaza next to El Patio. They had many glowing 5 star reviews on Yelp, but their profile was reset and the reviews were erased after their location was updated. read more

I discovered this tailor via yelp and am so thrilled I did! I needed a silk chiffon brides maid dress hemmed and taken in, and my dress was fitted perfectly and ready within a week. The quality of the work was impeccable (the tailor is a dress maker by trade), and I look forward to using WF tailors for all of my future tailoring needs!
