Employees are Required to use their personal cell phone for company business with no reimbursement, there's difficulty getting time off both scheduled and non scheduled, if you call in sick - you will be expected to work from home, regardless and time off is seniority based with zero flexibility.Staff as a whole can come across as petty and passive aggressive. People talk about each other mercilessly which was a huge turn off never mind affecting quality of care and the micromanagement of supplies for patients was just heart breaking to watch and caused so many unnecessary issues.

I want to thank a lot of people who deserve to be mentioned; after all, it takes a village! My CNAs, Ketsia, Wadia, Gilda, Michela, Marie, and Brunel, were top-notch exceptional caring angels on earth. My nurses, Kathy, Willis, and Mario, made sure my medical needs were always met. My two main therapists, Aris/OT and Brandon/PT, as well as Jess/OT and CJ/OT, and of course Vincent are experts in their field and empowered me to leave them much stronger. Steven, Ashley, Patty, and Paige did a wonderful job always stopping by and arranging fun activities. The facilities are well-maintained, and Yvette is always there, keeping the rooms clean and tidy. I also have to mention that their food menu has many delicious choices. It's definitely a five-star place for your loved ones. In addition to my above post, I have to give accolades to Melissa Frieder, Social Services, and Dr. Rappaport, Primary Care, and staff for their professionalism and care. A special thank you to Dr. Karcnik, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Ritchie Lim, Director of Rehabilitation, and Melanie, my Wheelchair Facilitator, who were instrumental in helping me complete the process necessary to obtain my new wheelchair.
