Used them for carpet/rug cleaning this past week. There are so many carpet cleaning companies to choose from but not many offer "green cleaning." Saw that they had a Yelp offer and decided to give them a try. They even discounted the cleaning and made the whole process simpler without having to buy a voucher and then redeem it with them. The scheduling process was simple and all the employees are very courteous and professional. Carpets were pretreated with a citrus smelling product, carpets were "raked" to remove some matting and steam cleaned afterwards. The employee made sure all the residual water was wiped off around the laminate floors and even offered to help move the large rug we cleaned on the driveway. I love Always Green Clean. Chris came to clean the travertine floors and carpets of a home we recently purchased. He notified us of his arrival time and did an amazing job stripping the tile, applying new sealant for protection and cleaning the carpets upstairs. He advised me of the worn areas on the carpet and suggested we clean and seal the bathroom shower tiles as well. Made our granite countertops in the kitchen shine like glass too. Great job Chris! I got my carpet cleaned today by this company. The work was ok, I had told them there was a lot of water on my floors that didn't have carpet when I walked in the front and that didn't seem to matter. Also we had a set appointment of approximately an hour. From 2-3. I had left on my lunch break to unlock my door and take my dog to the sitters. I had told them I would be back by 3 to sign and pay because I was not told I could have paid over the phone this whole time and I would not of needed to of been there at all? So I come home at 2:55 and no one was even here. I had called. Took an hour for someone to get back to me. I had left work to get home to pay VERY INCONVENIENTLY and had waited till I received a call finally. So not only did I leave work I had also missed out on an hour of pay waiting to see if anyone was coming so I can pay them or anything at this point. Was told the technician had came early and left early.. I'm all for someone getting work done early and not waiting around. But a simple phone call stating they were coming in early and leaving early would have been nice to of known what time they were here. And I could have locked my door a lot earlier considering I live in a apartment I'm not comfortable leaving my door unlocked longer then I need too. Also would have been nice I could have been called they were done early after I was messaging on yelp that I would be home at 3 to pay. Long story short the communication was terrible, and in the end I was able to pay over the phone and got nothing in return for this inconvenience . I was very happy with the service I received. I needed my living room carpet, a couch and a loveseat cleaned. I messaged through Yelp to get a quote and was answered right away. On the day of the cleaning, Dorsey was my technician. He was super friendly and did a quick walk-through before he started cleaning. I had a few deep set coffee stains in my rug, and he warned me that they might not come out all the way. No big deal; it even says on their quote that not all stains might be able to come out. My time of service was estimated to be two hours, but he was done in about 90 minutes. Once dried, my carpets and couches looked great and now smell very fresh! Definitely recommend. read more

My dog had an accident in the house while on vacation and so it set for a week before got home. We used Resolve Pet Cleaner on it but it bleached the carpet. I priced around carpet cleaning services and found Always Green Clean to be competitively priced. After reading reviews and learning the owner is a former LEO and comes from a LEO family, I made an appointment. Dorsey arrived on time and was super nice and knowledgeable. Before even seeing the pet stain he knew the carpet was bleached and warmed me he didn't think he would be able to make much of a difference. I had my carpets shampooed last month. I paid for 5 rooms. I have a 2 story home and they sent one guy? Which is ok but it was kind of half ass. He was a really nice kid( early 20s) but he could have done a better job lifting stains in certain areas. One of the areas near the kitchen entrance looked like it wasn't even shampooed. Again, really nice kid. I think it just requires more effort and more time. I could have went with sears and paid a lot less. Luckily I had a coupon because they wanted $220 but I paid $185. Not worth the money. I could have went with sears and paid 100 and probably got the same out come. read more

My carpet looks wonderful and it also feels wonderful to walk on. No stiff fibers from leftover soap and residue. I love it! Jim was very professional and pleasant.
