Once you finally get to the register, there isn't a single acknowledgement of the long line or wait time. I mean even the woman that joined the line behind me watched it all unfold and said I'm sorry that happened to you. This is atypical for this location and every time I venture in I'm turned off more and more by Sephora altogether... After looking into his background, it made complete sense. Stanford, Cornell, advanced facial plastic surgery training, double board certified, and fully specialized in the face. I chose to move forward with Dr. Lieberman at L&P Aesthetics, and the experience felt incredibly personalized. I had direct access to him throughout the process, and he personally checked on me during recovery, which meant a lot. He actually called me himself multiple times to talk through the ptosis repair because I wasn't sure if I wanted to include it. He was very honest that I likely wouldn't be happy with my results doing just an upper bleph alone, and took the time to walk me through it until I felt completely confident in my decision.
