Love their lumpia. Prices went up a little. The Aunties are always nice. Sometimes they are hard to understand so make sure they repeat your order to you.

I love Alyssandra"s lumpia. I used to buy them all the time when they were outside of KMart. I purchase from their other locations at Waikele and Ka Makana. It was my first time at this location. Their lumpias are now six for $7.95. They have banana, pork or pork with veggies. I tried all three and they're all good. I prefer the pork with veggies and the banana ones. I placed my order with the friendly cashier. She told me that it would take a few minutes as she was going to fry them fresh. I waited about five minutes. The lumpias are so good piping hot out of the fryer. I also got free sweet chili dipping sauce for the pork and veggie lumpias.

A hidden gem I stumbled upon by visiting The Urgent Care recently. I've always had Alyssandra's Lumpia Express at Waikele Shopping Center but I didn't even realize they had a location at Pearl Kai? The more you know lol! Who doesn't love lumpia, definitely a great snack on the go. I paired this with coconut juice. I got the 6 piece which was half vegetable and half banana. Not to mention, their vinegar sauce is amazing. If you hadn't tried this location out yet, please give it a try. Service was so fast my order came out in under a minute yet they were still so hot and crispy. YUM!

What took me so long? Don't be like me! Go get some now!! We all love fresh and crunchy lumpia. And Alyssandra's has your favorite, for sure. There's a veggie version, meat and veg, and the ever-fave ba-nan-nan-nana ooh-la-la. (Still drooling, thinking about it. Sorry.) They also have a mixed selection of Filipino plate lunch offerings. And Nana was so nice. When the pansit wasn't ready yet, I would've waited the 20 minutes, just because she was so nice. But... I had to go pick up my dog across the parking lot, at the vet. Sorry, the doggo takes priority over my hunger pains. Keep your doggies safe and eat lumpia from Alyssandra's. Two things that'll make you happy!

Their gate doesn't open so you have to go through the kitchen from the back and inside is disgusting and dirty. Floor is sticky too. I ordered a reg plate of pancit. They give half the amount as Bautistas at pearlridge for the same price $12. And there's hardly any meat. Just a few bits of ground pork. Also I could tell their pancit was old. The noodles were soggy as if it just had been recooked. And it was too salty. I ended up throwing away the plate. Their "pork and vegetable" lumpia only has vegetable inside. Never coming back here again!!

Alyssandra's Lumpia Express in Aiea, Oahu delivers solid, flavorful long lumpias that a good but not worth the 30-minute wait. The lumpias are packed with savory fillings and served piping hot. If you're in the mood for authentic lumpias on the island, Alyssandra's is a safe bet.

I love Alyssandra's lumpia. I usually go to the one in Ka Makana Ali'i or Waikele. So it was nice when I found this location after taking my son to get a haircut. I'd say the wait was only like 5 min after ordering and the lumpia's came out crispy and hot. The price is very affordable for the amount that is given. Every location is consistent on their recipe and the size.

Quick bite. What this small little shack lacks in size, it makes up in taste. I've been here a few times and always get the veggie (with ground pork) and Shanghai. Both are tasty. I like the crispy outside and chewy inside. They also offer the banana lumpia (Turon) but I'm not a fan of sweet lumpia so I don't get that. If you are looking for something more filling, pork guisantes bentos are now available and I'm definitely grabbing that next time. Overall five stars. The lumpia is a quick snack, it's portal, and taste good. Prices are reasonable and the two people that work there are very friendly. Now excuse me, which dipping sauce do I want. Vinegar or sweet chili? Vinegar!!!! M

I've been wanting to try this little shop for ages and had the opportunity today since I was out running errands and made the stop. No one but me at the business when I pulled in and walked up. Placed my order with the hair-netted auntie who came to the window, paid and thought it would be several minutes while my order was prepared. I no sooner put my card back in my wallet when I was handed a bag with my goodies...I want my tip back. I asked for and received two six piece pork lumpia and two skewers of Cascaron. Into my car I go for the quick drive home anticipation oozing from my person and the disappointment when I naughtily slipped my hand into the bag to find the lumpia not hot from the fryer but at best tepid. Guess that's why it only took 15 seconds for my order to be ready. I love Filipino food. I was raised by a mother who spent her teen years in the Philippines and could cook the basics any family would be proud to serve. Guess I'm trying to say I know what good Filipino food is and isn't.....this isn't. While the oil wasn't stale it wasn't fresh either. The lumpia were just soggy with the oil which did nothing to enhance the flavor. Don't think I've ever had what I consider less than mediocre lumpia until today. I was so disappointed I threw it away rather than let my family eat it. Flavorless and oily. Tried the Cascaron and same problem, flavorless and oily. I don't recommend this place no matter how convenient to home it was.

They are tasty but seem to have been fried a while before I got mine. The taste is there and I appreciate the hard work in making lumpia. I rolled these things and it's a pain staking job!! The ladies are nice there and for this little hole in the wall, they surely hold their own!! They have pork, pork and veggies, I believe chicken and veggies, and banana. All tasty , some tastier than others. Especially have to try the vinegar and garlic dressing. Lol.

I remember they use to be at all the K- Mart stores with their cart selling lumpia. I ordered there vegetarian lumpia it came out hot and it was very crispy w/ your choice of vinegar or sweet chili. Support local whenever you can

Prices as of April 19. 2025. I was also told that UFN due to a staffing shortage, they are only open Fr Sa Su at their Aiea location.

My family and I were craving Filipino food and walked in hoping to get our fix. The restaurant was empty with 2 people dining in so we thought we avoided the dinner rush. Even before we could get to our chair, she shouts out about 5 dishes they were out of with her back turned to us. This lady was cold and absurdly rude. We left and ended up just getting dinner from Foodland. I would've loved to have spent my money on a Filipino owned restaurant but it seemed that lady didn't want the business and never cared to help anyone that came through her restaurant. Such a very disappointing experience. I rarely drop 1 star reviews but I walked away stunned at the lack of customer service this lady displayed. Do yourself a favor and go to Elena's. They actually care about their restaurant and the people who spend their hard earned money there. I'll never be coming back. There is a chicken + meat combo that allows you to upgrade the meat to ribeye; we ordered this plate with all green salad. Then we ordered the King Kam ahi katsu with rice and upgraded the side to imitation crab salad. If you love sauce, this is for you. Their fried items are nicely cooked, the ahi katsu had a nice rare center and the boneless chicken was still juicy, but both lost their crispness under a mountain of seasoned soy sauce, Kewpie mayo, sriracha aioli, and sweet chili sauce. With the additional garlic, katsuobushi, furikake, and green onion, these are flavor bombs. The ribeye had a nice char from the grill. It's served with a side of crack sauce which has a vinegar, fish sauce base, plus chili, garlic and cilantro. The heat from the steak and chicken withered the bed of green salad underneath, so we didn't eat it; serves us right for not getting rice and mac salad with a plate lunch. At Kingz, more is more. The kalbi sauce soaking into the rice was the perfect balance of flavors. Same for the calamansi fried chicken. Lechon, I must say was also a fine example of how seriously the chefs take their selection of ingredients - as I looked closer, it had the classic 5 layers (shown in my photo). Usually, this is the prime factor in the perfect roast pork - providing juicy layers of pork meat. Overall, this has been the best (new) meal we've had in a LONG time. They have everything from bbq sticks, adobo, lechon, kilawan, lumpia and more. I got the bbq stick & chicken inasal plate. The bbq stick was packed with so much flavor! The chicken inasal was more on the huli huli side & was served with Filipino dipping sauce. They also offer free sabaw with your meal. Ordering was a little complicating, they have a menu outside with food and also more food inside. The bbq items were cooked by order and the inside food had more of the Filipino dishes like (adobo).
