At first, I was thrilled with the way my eyelashes looked. But that was short lived. Within a few days (following their proper care advice) so many of the eyelashes were crooked. I went in intending to use their coupon and try out the cheaper set they advertise online... which the don't actually carry. They "only" have the $80 silk and the $100 mink. The mink felt so soft on the sample and did not feel as soft once applied (I would assume because I didn't get what I paid for). The customer service was mediocre at best, and there is a $4 up charge for using a card, not advertised anywhere to my knowledge- I get cards cost the business for but a service this expensive, it should just be absorbed. This is why I tried a new place when I went to get a fill... When I got my fill elsewhere I was informed that there were lashes glued to my skin. I also had to get almost all of them removed because they were not straight anymore. One of removals was 6 lashes glued to one of my eyelashes. The lashes were itchy the entire time I had them (I thought this was normal... but it is not) my eyelid had started getting infected in the area my lashes had been glued to the skin. All in all, don't waste your money here. Major regrets. read more

I have been coming here for about 7 months now.. the quality and time that the technicians put in is amazing.. I always receive compliments on my lashes and how natural they look. I get the volume (size medium) which is a little shorter than what most women get but I really like the flirty natural look of the lashes. So besides the quality, the customer service is beyond expectations, the technicians are super kind and make you feel very comfortable. I made an appointment for today at 2pm. I show up early for my appointment, just to be sure I'm good to go because last time I made an appointment here I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. First red flag. Anyways, today, she tells me to sit in a chair, then sits another client right next to me that wasn't wearing their mask correctly and was coughing! I told her that there's no space for social distancing since she sat her next to me and i do not feel comfortable. She responded by telling me I need to wait, and that someone else was almost done. I asked how much longer, and she couldn't even tell me. Then I said I can't wait, I made an appointment for a reason, I have to get back to my daughter. She said there's nothing she can do and I just have to wait. Why not make the other lady wait that didn't have an appointment, wasn't wearing her mask correctly and coughing? Why ME? All while that's happening, another client came in saying she had an appointment at 1pm but called & said she was late & they said she could come in at 2. Very frustrating because that was supposed to be my spot, but instead I'm being told to wait even though I am the one who made an appointment. I just ended up getting up, leaving, and taking my business elsewhere. Waste of my time. We are literally in a pandemic. Before you sit someone RIGHT NEXT TO ME who is COUGHING and NOT WEARING THEIR MASK CORRECTLY, maybe you should ask if I'm okay with it! They just blatantly disregarded social distancing and safety measures. Didn't even enforce the lady to wear her mask correctly! I most likely, will NOT be going back. That showed me that they are obviously complacent and not as cautious as they should be. Happy I got right out of there. Would not recommend due to SERVICE. I was here on a Thursday and got my eyelashes done purchase the mink set for $100. Was back by the next Thursday because half of my lashes had already falling out!!! It's Monday and half of my lashes have already fallen out again. Maybe they need to invest and better eyelash glue or check the expiration date!!! Today was the last straw for me, when I showed up to my appt., after confirming it 2 times, the owner (Tien), said I had got the day wrong and to go to her to her location (20 minutes away) some other time. It was my first time at Alyssa's eyelashes and it definitely won't be my last. My eyelash tech was Cham and she gave me exactly what I wanted, a mix of natural and dramatic eyelashes. She was so gentle during application that I fell asleep practically throughout my whole session. It took about an hour and a half and I spent about $120 for mink eyelashes which is around the normal price I've spent on previous lashes. It's been about a week so far and my eyelashes still look the way they did when I walked out of their store. I think I found my permanent eyelash place! read more

The girl who did my nails made my cuticles bleed twice, my polish was lumpy and messy, and she would place my hand in the UV light about 6 times after every coat of polish... So I'm updating my review which is truly something I never do unless deserved and well, here I am. I went back for a fill 7 days before the 2 wk mark because they started looking very spidery-like but worse, they itched SO much. The tech, Chanel said that Lily (1st tech I saw), clumped them up with too much glue. Chanel repeatedly said "she put too much" followed by "unfortunately, not all techs understand the customers need during their first visit." This isn't true as I've been to other Lash salons where the first time went just fine but I was still shopping at the time for a permanent salon. Lastly, the 2 times I visited, they both insisted I pay by cash. Yet they advertise that credit cards are accepted so...?? That I didn't appreciate because after I said no, credit card please, they asked "don't you have any cash at all." I don't know why they would do this but apparently all their customers have experienced this. And my fill went from a volume set to a classic one but got charged for volumes. Chanel said that because they were so itchy, it was best I went with short and less volume. She didn't ask me, she didn't warn me, nothing. I just had barely noticeable lashes which I've never gotten before as I love the vava-boom look. Could I live with them, sure BUT....this set was also very itchy and after speaking with some lash professionals elsewhere, they said that itching comes from applying the extensions too close to the eyelid thus causing the glue AND extension to irritate the eyes. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they are flexible with appointments and even accept walk-ins but I'm not coming back. read more

My mom, best friend, and I love this place for eyelash extensions. It's clean, the chairs are comfy, and everyone is nice. We all go to Tien (she is the best) and her eyelash extensions last 3 weeks easily. Personally we prefer the silk lashes instead of mink because they thicker and more dramatic but if you worry about the eyelash extensions being too heavy for your eyes than mink is the way to go. read more

My sister in law and I discovered Alyssa's Nails back in April for eyelash extension and been hooked on them since. I love how natural it looks and feel on my eye. Tin, the owner, is amazing at what she does. She shapes and trims the lash according to the shape of your eye. And it last long without falling out. I get a touch up atleast ones a month or when I have an event to go to. Just tell her you have an event or a trip coming up and she will make them full and extra dramatic for you. The price is great, $60 to start and $5-$30 for touch ups. I usually just go with the $30 to make sure they last another month. I get so many compliments on my lashes and already referred people to them who are now regular customers. read more
