Horrible!!! I have come here on and off for a couple of years.. usually always nice and never ever have I had a major issue! I had a gel Mani and Pedi on July 5 late afternoon, I have not washed dishes without gloves or done any housework since then (had a housekeeper) and my nails are chipped! I tried blowing up their phone on Sunday to tell them all the nail started chipping but no one ever andweree the phone. They should not stop chipping like in a weem! I came by after work today and all they're doing is arguing with me. They said it's been two weeks. It has not been two weeks. They don't know how to count. I pulled up my credit card statement to Show when the charge was and they just want to sit there and argue. They don't make any sense they don't understand anything you're saying and they want to throw it back on you that I should come back in 2-3 days this is just a bunch of bullshit !! Tried to give Sally's another chance after a positive experience and to support them during covid. The older lady did my nails and the whole time was torture. I was there for only a fill and showed her an exact picture of what I wanted. Still didn't get it right at the end with the shape. She cut my cuticles on several fingers and then I told her about it and she basically blamed me for "having dry cuticles". This is not the first place I get my nails done and have never been told nor have they ever cut my cuticles before. My fingers were actually bleeding,they've healed after a couple of days. She stopped and put neosporin on all of them while I was there. The entire experience was pretty terrible. I think I'm done after this one. Rose doing the pedicures is the best though. read more

What a cute little place. The prices were really good and lots of parking! I had the deluxe mani and pedi. You really get a lot for the value. The deluxe mani included a mask and paraffin wax as well! I only paid 36 dollars for both mani and pedi because they had 15% off special, but even without it, it would've been a good deal. Sally is super sweet and everyone is nice. It's their first week, so I understand there's room for improvement, but so far, so good! I will be back! Update - been here a few times already and it's been great. Rose has been doing all my mani and pedi. She takes her time and does an amazing job each time. I really appreciate that she looks at each nail and makes sure they all come out nice. If you are planning to get your nails done here tho, it does take a while so expect to be here for an hour or even two, which honestly it's nice to just relax. Really sad that this place let me down I was so excited because it's so close to home and great prices, but unfortunately I won't be going there again, I came in to get a full set done and it come out great sure the older lady took a long time she seemed to be more concerned about watching her employees then doing my nails but she also cut twice on both thumbs despite that I still loved the set that I referred two of my family members which went and got a service done too. Came here on a whim and needed a major fill. I was a walk in and only waited about 10 minutes for a tech, considering I didn't have an appointment that isn't bad and was expected. I am very happy with my nails! The staff was nice and welcoming and they had a wide selection of gel and regular nail color. I went for a simple baby blue color. It doesn't look like too much and they don't have a lot of colors to pick from but the two people that worked on my mani and pedi were so thorough. I had and elderly gentleman and a mid age woman. Wonderful service and very professional. The salon has a very posh feel while prices are lower than most I have been to. The woman who worked on my nails cut my cuticles and ensured symmetry on my hands. The only issue was the quality of gel nail polish they used. However, I went for a gel manicure and pedicure and my nail polish started chipping within 4 days of getting them done. With other gel polishes, I can go 2 weeks without them ever chipping! This never happens to the tip of the nails so I assume it's because they used cheap gel polish. This was upsetting because I paid $ 71 (deluxe mani and pedi ) to ensure I had the best service. Other than the early nail chipping ... I loved their service and attention to detail. I really do hope that they improve their gel polishes for higher quality ones. I am hesitant to make it my normal nail salon right now but I do want to try their facials as it is raved on yelp. read more

I WISH I got the ladies name that helped me out at first because I would warn all of you NOT to go to her... because as she was pulling the dead skin out, she pulled out so much of my skin that I couldn't stop bleeding it was REALLY bad, and all she said was "oh" and right after that I changed ladies, I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name right, but Winkle helped me out and she was the sweetest! We waited about 15 minutes for my finger to stop bleeding, until we both felt comfortable enough for her to paint it, she then did. All in all, winkle is now the only lady I will go to at this nail shop! My First time at this location, all I have to say is I don't think the lady was able to see, my nails were cricked and nail polish was all over my skin... Came here in hopes to have a good outcome. It didnt happen. Came in to get a mani and pedi. My pedi was okay except for the lady who did it, her name is Kim, she cut off way more nail on my linky than needed. Yes it stung but tolerable. When she did my mani that's when it got worse. She was cutting my cuticles and she cut too deep and my thumb started bleeding. It bled for almost 30 min. At that point I just wanted to leave. She did try to stop the bleeding by putting alcohol which burned. The next day my pinky hurt with every step. Nice people not the best place to get a mani/pedi. read more

This is gel acrylics , this was not my first time and I had thought I found my new place to go to however the treatment as far as customer service was terrible. My nails are gel and are already completely coming apart after only a week of had getting them done. I brought my mother here & her nails looked terrible, she showed them a picture of what she wanted and didn't get that. Her SHORT acrylics were extremely chunky and thick, and her pedicure was uneven and thick as well. Not to mention she only got three fake nails , i was charged full set & Paid $116. I don't care about the price but if i pay that much I expect to get my money's worth. Came here for the first time as it was one of the only places that would be open once I got off of work. I called a day in advance to schedule an appointment for a full set and pedicure. My appt was originally at 6:45 however I arrived early, at 6:30. When I got there the owner was really nice, however when I mentioned my appt it was as if they had no idea about it. So as expected I had to wait, I didn't get called until 7. So I waited 30 minutes, still another 15 minutes after my original appt. The guy ended up doing my nails and PLEASE do yourself a favor and DON'T go here. ESPECIALLY not with the guy. These were supposed to be my anniversary nails and they came out HORRENDOUS. To top it off while just barely putting the nails on, he burned me so badly somehow with the glue. It hurt so bad. It felt like when you touch melted wax, it was that same sensation. By this time it was around 7:15, they close at 7:30. All the other employees had left, luckily the owner stayed. I was nervous about the thought of being stuck in there alone with this man. Since everyone had already left, NONE of the employees even mentioned my pedicure that I had asked for. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. They have no dip, VERY limited gel colors, and made a big deal about me wanting Matte which is really just a top coat application so I'm not sure why it was a big deal but like I mentioned I just wanted to leave so I told them nevermind. I left VERY dissatisfied and upset. My nails were so thick, uneven, and he left lumps from the polish. I will NEVER return here. Please do yourself the favor and spend your money elsewhere. This place is going to be reported to the better business bureau! They are a scam!! I was getting my nails done and a disabled lady and her worker came in for One nail repair and fill with gel, they quoted her $27. Well when Her worker stepped out of the building for a few minutes, they said it was going to be $37 plus $3 tip .. $40 total. They took a extra $10 from this little lady. The worker came back in to get her client after a few minutes and confronted them. They acted like they didn't know what was going on, she requested a receipt and they tore a piece of paper off and just wrote $37 no description, no actual receipt. The customer kept asking for a valid receipt and they acted like they didn't understand . Places like this needs to Be closed down!!! So I'm a guy that unfortunately never really gets his nails done so when I do I don't know what to expect. Well, I was visiting one of my friends who lives in the area and wanted to do something fun, so we went to get our nails done. I had a great experience here! All the technicians here knew exactly what they were doing and because it's a new place the wait time was very minima. I have a bad habit of cutting my nails too short and not keeping my hands as soft as they should. My technical did an awesome job evening out my nails, cutting all the loose skin and basically making my nails look like new. I ask for a simple buff and wow! Totally new. I know understand way it's important for guys to take care of their nails. Now, my friend got her nails squared away and added a buff to the color. The shape of her nails came out awesome and the matte finish was very cool. Very friend staff, clean look and layout and minimal time wait. What more can you ask for. I just wish I lived closer cuz just like I dentist, or a barber, a guy doesn't like to hop around when it comes to looks and someone making you look like a million bucks. read more

The lady who helped me was older and she was very rough when taking off the gel polish I had to tell her to be a bit less harsh which she didn't do I told her I needed them short for my job and she said she couldn't do them short she then filed them down didn't ask if I liked the shape (which I didn't) when I tried to check them she would put my hand down. Came into this nail salon with 2 weeks old gel color nails squared shaped wanting almond shaped matte gel nails. A young Vietnamese lady I believe named Hong took care of me. She did an awesome job at shaping my nails and ensuring I liked every nail before proceeding to the next. Then she was super gentle in getting rid of my cuticles and making sure to get every little extra skin there was to get. She then proceeded to carefully paint my nails ensuring that she didn't get any paint on my skin and that was evenly placed on. I didn't particularly like the matte at the end of it but I LOVE the shape of my nails! Just expect to be there for over an hour because she really wants to make sure everything turns out perfect. read more

The top coat was not smooth and there were bubbles. I asked her to fix it and she blamed me ! Then she just put another top coat on which helped with the smoothness slightly, but not the bubbles. When I pointed it out she told me ´ next time ´. Believe me there will not be a next time. Don't go here! Believe me it's a waste of money. I went to get a a simple mani and pedi done. Rose dropped some nail clippers on my feet and cut me. What's worse she cut a part of my skin while cutting my toe nails. As for the mani, I told them no cut just shape and Rose once again messes up. She shaved so much of one nail I hat to just cut them off. Then she send me with the acrylic lady who by the way they only had one at the time. It only got worse from there! The acrylic lady didn't know what she was doing, I showed them a simple marble design and the mentioned she didn't know how to do it what ever I went for plain. While she's putting on the tips she kept messing up on a pinky to the point that the tip wouldn't stick all the way. I had to tell her 2xs to fix it because she was just going to leave it like that, half a tip unglued. Then while she was applying the acrylic she kept putting it on my actual finger, told her to watch it because by that point I had more acrylic on my skin than my actual nail. All she said is "you do nail?" Wtf I don't need to know how to do nails to know that you don't apply acrylic to the damn skin of a person!!! She then tries to remove it by scraping it off and cuts both my thumb and pinky as a result. Told her I was bleeding and she didn't even bother to look up until moved my hand and told her that she was hurting me. All she did was say sorry....really hoping that it doesn't get infected at this point! In short don't waste your time, go some place else even if you have to wait. My appointment was at 9:30 and I didn't get out of there until 1...that's how much they suck. Didn't get the acrylic ladies name but you'll know who she is because she has a "nail certificate" on the wall by where she sits...says she got it during COVID so there's that. Still doesn't know how to do nails for sure. My nails are not shaped correctly, I still have acrylic on my skin, didn't know how to do designs, and the paint job it self was horrible. Came to get a fill today about 2pm, walked right in and they started, no wait at all. They were very nice and helpful in choosing colors, offered me a complimentary drink. Tina did my full set she did an amazing job, she paid attention to every little detail and cleaned them very well. Also got underarm and eyebrow waxing, which Tina did as well. She did a great job. she also asked to make sure i was content with every little thing she was doing. Prices are very affordable and reasonable!
